Last June, we not only celebrated Ghostbusters Day, we celebrated the 40th Anniversary! And part of that celebration was running a contest where YOU, the community, could choose a Ghost to be part of Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed!

It was a tight match, but in the end, The Boogieman was the victor! We're happy to announce that TODAY, with the release of Patch 1.11.0, Boogieman is HERE and he's already terrifying all the innocent civvies!

Go forth and bust!

There are many things that go bump in the night, but none are as infamous as the Boogieman himself! He feasts on fear and plagues children with his horrid, nightmarish visage!

Having fought the Ghostbusters on multiple occasions, he's quite experienced with their tactics and trinkets. More importantly, he's back to show just how tantalizingly terrible he can be to this new generation of Busters!

New Bounty - The Scoleri Brothers

The Scoleri Brothers, originally tried for murder and sentenced to the electric chair in 1948, are back with a vengeance! They're haunting the S.C.Y. County Courthouse and terrorizing innocent civilians, and it's up to you and your fellow Busters to restore order in the court! Completing this first-ever "double-Ghost" bounty will unlock Tony and Nunzio Scoleri in your Ghost roster!

The Scoleri Brothers bounty is available after completing the Samhain bounty.

New Gear Shells - Zeddemore

Ghostbusters Headquarters went from being out of commission to being the booming operation it is today, thanks to Winston's business savvy. The innovation didn't stop with the Firehouse, as today we present to you these sleek and modern new designs for your Particle Thrower and Proton Pack!

The Zeddemore Gear Shells are unlockable via contracts.

Tons of Ghost and Buster stats have been tweaked and changed to make gameplay feel smoother, snappier, and more rewarding. From Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire, Garraka joins the ranks of the Overlords to bring upon the death chill in Ghostbusters: Spirits Unleashed. To unlock Garraka, you’ll have to defeat him in an icy bounty in Galway Station!

“Spine-chilling” is a blistering understatement when describing the cold malevolence that exudes from Garraka, a formidable icy overlord. One look into his cold, soulless eyes will make you wish you never crossed paths, and that’s not even taking into account the baleful ice he can summon with his tremendous psychokinetic energy. Not even the nuclear space heaters strapped to the Ghostbusters’ backs can keep them warm for long.

Fixed an issue where Rifts could become untargetable after being placed in certain objects
Fixed an issue where Overlords could place Catalysts on top of the whale in Whitestone Museum
