Campaign save bug fix and performance improvements
Hi, this is a small patch. Fixed a bug where you couldn't continue a Western Front campaign if you didn't have a save file for an Eastern Front campaign. Various performance improvements. I still have more I want to do to improve performance further, but this should help a little
