An icon now appears every time the game has saved, and the pause menu now tells you when your last save was when selecting 'Main Menu'
A few small visual changes to the final boss to make things easier to read
The chase scene at the end of chapter 3 has been altered slightly to adjust difficulty
The second boss fight has been altered to better telegraph certain attacks and reduce random bombardment
Camera adjustments made to final level of Chapter 4
Fixed issue where jumping on first frame of touching ground wouldn't replenish dive
Future updates are planned to include:

Fixed an obscure crash caused by the Longlegger enemies

When killed, enemies now only respawn when the player respawns
Enemies that suddenly appear have an increased grace period in which they do not damage the player.
The game now automatically saves and places you right before the second and third boss fights when reloading the save file, once they have been reached
Small camera adjustments in a few places
Future updates are planned to include:

Control rebinding
Level design tweaks

Hey everyone, our first game update is out! Version 1.0.1 brings a lot of small changes, mostly regarding small edge case glitches we found after the game was already out, but there's been quite a few other small changes that we hope will really improve the experience! Releasing
Hey everyone, our first game update is out!
Version 1.0.1 brings a lot of small changes, mostly regarding small edge case glitches we found after the game was already out, but there's been quite a few other small changes that we hope will really improve the experience! Releasing the game has, as you might expect, greatly increased our sample size of player feedback and information.
The biggest additions and changes are as follows:

Made level design adjustments to Chapter 1 to make the levels a bit easier and simpler
Added some new dialogue to Chapter 1
Made adjustments to the jumping enemies in Chapter 3 onward to make them less difficult to avoid
Made adjustments to the burrowing enemies in Chapter 3 onward to telegraph their location for longer before they reappear
Made level design adjustments on the first level of Chapter 4
You can expect some more minor updates over the next few days/weeks as well. Hope you all enjoy!
