Should fix the crash at the start of the game with the wrong naming of the exe file. Sorry for that!

Minor update to hopefully get rid of the problem with having to delete the temp folder. Also removed that you always have to be online. It should work fine in offline mode now. You might have to delete the temp folder just one more time, but then it should work fine! Best, PM&
