Developer posts and news about this game.
I think I will remove Drive maker from the store soon. This is because I would like to focus on my studies more and I also feel happy with the sales and feedback I have got. Thanks for playing the game. It was a bit of a rocket test for me (to see if I could put a game on Steam).
I have added a new car model and a option for playing the game with less bright colors. I have also fixed some bugs.
There are now 5 different achievements available to unlock in the game. Two require you to win a certain number of tracks, another require that you drive a certain distance in the game.
I have added a new theme to the game! It might be a reference to another driving game with a mustached plumber. Hope you like it!
You can now play the game with a xbox 360 controller! I think xbox one and ps4 controllers should work as well. Sometimes you might need to use the mouse and keyboard.
There is now an icon for the game window. I have also fixed some bugs.
I have fixed some bugs! I have also added a page for viewing key bindings (in the pause menu). Text in the game should also be better placed on screen. Hope you like the update!
You can now enable numbers over the cars that show their place! Press Tab while in game to do so. I have also fixed some small bugs.
The game is now released! It includes four main tracks, a map editor which you can save and open tracks with, and different backgrounds for the different themes. Hope you like it!
The game can now be played in fullscreen! I have also tried adding multiplayer. It works by one player creating a lobby, which a friend then can join trough Steam! But I'm not totally sure if it works.
There is a opponent now when you play! You can also choose the car speed in an added options menu.
The fourth map should now work correctly. Map editor has been made easier to use.
