To celebrate the launch of our new game, The Piper of Dawn, on September 23, Yog-Sothoth’s Yard is reaching a new all-time low price!
At the same time, we’ve also permanently reduced the price of our very first game, Blood Flowers.

Recently, while sharing the new swimsuit character art, we realized that quite a few players who played Yog-Sothoth’s Yard around its original launch had no idea how much free content we’ve added since then.
So if you haven’t visited the Yard in a while, here’s a quick recap of some of the biggest updates from the past two years. Don’t miss them!
Update 1: An Ending Where Everyone Can Be Happy
In March 2024, we added the “Everyone Is Happy” ending, along with a brand-new ending CG featuring everyone together.
Yes, happiness is allowed in the Yard.
Update 2: A Completely Free Illustration DLC!
We released the Yog-Sothoth’s Yard – Official Picture Package as a free DLC.
If you own the base game, you can download it directly from the Steam store page.
It’s completely free!
Update 3: After Story – A Happy Family of Five Goes on Vacation
After completing any ending in the main game, you can return to the title screen and enter a new little vacation story.
Think of it as a sweet dessert after finishing the main course.
The After Story also added:
Swimsuit character sprites for all four heroines!
New swimsuit CGs for all four heroines!
An adorable chibi beach volleyball CG!
Update 4: In-Game Outfit Changing
Those swimsuit outfits aren’t limited to the After Story!
You can now use them throughout the game.
Open the Character menu and select the Change Outfit button, and the heroines can wear their new outfits across various parts of the game.
Time to give everyone a new wardrobe! 👗
Update 5: Japanese Localization
We’ve also added full Japanese text localization to the game!
We hope this update gives more players the chance to discover the Yard, step inside, meet everyone living here, and maybe fall in love with this strange little place.
And yes — all of these updates are free.
We know how special it is when someone chooses to spend their time with a single-player game.
Some of you may have come across Yog-Sothoth’s Yard on Steam one day, decided to give it a try, spent hours exploring the hotel, finished your journey, and then moved on to the next game. You may never have seen what we continued adding afterward.
Over the years, we’ve received so much enthusiasm, kindness, feedback, fan art, and support from our players.
Whenever we had the time and resources, we wanted to put some of that love back into the game and give you a few more things to enjoy.
So, if you visited the Yard when it first opened and haven’t returned since, we’d love to invite you back for a few more little desserts.
There may be more waiting for you than you remember.
