We'd like to inform you about Warhaven's refund conditions and schedule.
Please refer to the guidelines below to make your refund process go as smoothly as possible.
▣ Canceling All Transactions
Transactions made after the start of PRE-SEASON 2 (12/13 4:00 PM PST) will all be automatically refunded to your Steam Wallet whether they were used or not.
You do not need to make separate refund requests. Refunds will be issued after service ends.
However, any transactions made by Taiwanese citizens or made in Taiwan will NOT be refunded automatically. Only partial refunds listed below can be made.
▣ Refunds for Transactions Made by Taiwanese Citizens or Made in Taiwan
In accordance with Taiwanese consumer protection laws, we will be issuing partial refunds after receiving refund requests and verifying personal information.

1) How to Obtain
- Play Hatchet for free after completing the "Win 1 Match" quest, activated by clicking the button on his barracks profile. [Barracks > Hatchet > Start Quest]
: Quest progression only begins after clicking the [Barracks > Hatchet > Start Quest] button.
2) Skill Intro

▶Basic Attacks

Horizontal Attack: Attack by swinging your weapon horizontally.
Vertical Attack: Attack by swinging your weapon vertically. Ignores guard-breaking attacks.
Sprint Attack: Make a forward strike while sprinting.
▶Skills

Grind : Attack multiple times while spinning. Consumes Greed gauge.
Payday: Enter a special stance that makes Hatchet unstoppable.
Headhunter: Attack by swinging downwards while in Payday.
Bloodmoney: Make an unblockable downward attack while in Payday. Can deal damage based on the remaining Greed gauge.
▶Passive Abilities

Greed Gauge: Charges automatically over time or by attacking, blocking, or taking hits. Consumed when using special skills.
* Practice Hatchet's skills through his Advanced Training in the Boot Camp.
▣ General

The Acquisition Quest requirements for Bard, Claw, and Hatchet have been decreased. (Previous) 5 Wins → (New) 1 Win
Autonomous Relics can no longer be placed near the capture pulley.
Claw's Blitz skill guide now describes how the skill staggers blocking enemies.
The Recruitment Event has ended.
Schedules have been changed for 'New & Returning Countdown Event' and the 'World Pass.' (Previous) 12/13/2023 (Wed) After Maintenance - 3/6/2024 (Wed) 3:59 PM (PST) (Updated) 12/13/2023 (Wed) After Maintenance - 4/4/2024 (Thu) 9:59 PM (PST)
The quest conditions for some outfit items have decreased.

The available matchmaking regions have been reduced. - Available Regions: Hong Kong / Virginia / Oregon / Frankfurt
▣ Bug Fixes

Fixed instances where characters were unable to reach max speed while moving and instead moved at a reduced pace.
Fixed instances where Guardian's Breaking Charge was too fast.
Fixed instances where Warhammer's Hammer Blow would not charge when jumping right before charging.
Fixed instances where Blade's Ox Slash enabled additional attacks after hitting an enemy without the need for jumping.
