An issue where oxen didn't want to drop off their load has been fixed, oxen should now go to there drop-off point once no empty slots are left in their storage, instead of waiting until every single resource possible had filled the storage.
Fixed an issue where the tutorial objective for upgrading the settlement center would not complete if the player upgraded the settlement center before reaching that objective.
