September brings a lot of things: pumpkin lattes, my seasonal depression, and big updates for Future Racer - plus a nifty key giveaway with the lovely Pantaloon as Future Racer 2000 is their game of the month. Expect an overhaul for a lot of the story, better optimization, achiev
watched someone play last night today (i know, its confusing) and it was rightfully too frickin loud for em at points. going through all of the audio to add classes (voice vs music vs sfx) is more time than i have today - but I *did* add a master volume slider that you can change

Quick fix!
Hey all Big new patch. The biggest yet. Lots of changes, both big and small. The entire basement section has been redone. I watched a good number of people stream it - and even the people who liked the game struggled to enjoy that part. So its out! Well, still in - but pretty dif
Ok. 1.2.0 (note the new decimal point) has arrived. I worked...awhile on revamping the interaction system. Ive tested it pretty diligently and messed with as much as I could. It holds up, as far as I can tell. All the associated bugs *should* be fixed. Ive added a few other thing

Apologies for all the patches, people! I assume 1.13 will be coming later today but I wanted to get a fix out for a few major issues. So it turns out being a solo dev with zero prior game dev experience issssss not great for debugging. 1.1 fixed a lot but broke a lot as well. The
Thanks to ComteJerod for catching this one. At the risk of boring ya - the rewrite of the interaction system in patch 1.1 *is* wonderful. But it unfortunately did not take into account a single *very* necessary object outside of that system. So that is now fixed. If you wanna com
A more substantial patch than previous ones. Additions: Mouse smoothing is now in the options menu - so if you prefer to turn it off, you can! The main center pointer...thing now reacts to interactable objects. So anything you can interact with will change the cursor thing when y
the little dot cursor thing would get all fricked up if you changed to a non 16:9 aspect ratio. that is now FIXED. thanks to asciss0rs for the heads up!
Another small but IMPORTANT update. For starters, theres more music on the boombox. A few new tunes from yours truly and from Jacob Rubeck of Surf Curse. ( ( So thats frickin exciting. A few QOL updates -you no longer have to check the locked door to get the bucket to trigger - r
A notification that was supposed to alert the player to press F to see in the dark was *NOT* firing. I still dont know why, if Im being honest, so I just added a different one. Because sometimes life's just a mystery. And so are bugs.
My first frantically applied bug fix :') peephole event was all sorts of out of control (ya got stuck in it) and now that scoundrel is good2go. thats it. This seems so official. does anyone read these things? if youre reading this - im proud of ya for getting this far.
