Modified Chill Penguin boss fight to be a little easier. Modified some logic in the inventory menu, notably how Coins are displayed (this may be related to save corruption believe it or not-- although I have not been able to duplicate that issue anymore). Nerfed Final boss based
-Fixed the Felix mission bug. This was caused by amateur code from when I was less experienced. Journals lacked the safeguards to not increase the journal variable higher than 3, which blocked progression in some cases. Also, Felix now checks to see if you have Journals >= 3 s
