Credits Screen: Fixed an issue where the font size in the credits could appear too small for English language users
Font Rendering: Improved an issue that caused glitched text for some users
The "Perfectionist" Achievement: I've improved the conditions for the "Perfectionist" achievement. You can now unlock it by achieving Max Respect and learning all Aptitudes across different playthroughs, rather than needing to do both within a single run
Billy's Cutscene: Fixed a cutscene bug where Billy could be positioned awkwardly inside the kiosk during a special event
Minor Bug Fixes: Addressed various minor bugs throughout the game

I'm excited to announce a major update that completely overhauls the weapon upgrade system and addresses a variety of other issues. This is a big one, and it’s all thanks to your feedback!
Here are the details for v1.12:
Weapon Upgrade System Overhaul: I've completely redesigned the weapon upgrade system to fix underlying issues, like weapons sometimes resetting to Lv1. The old system is now replaced by the new Dynamic Weapon Upgrade, which brings several benefits:
Lower Costs & Global Boost: A single upgrade now boosts all your weapons (with some exceptions) at a lower cost.
New Game+ Carryover: All Dynamic Weapon Upgrades are now carried over in New Game+. (Note: This does not apply to old core upgrades.)
PS：Your existing upgrades on old weapons are safe for now but will be phased out in a future update as the new system takes full effect.
Aptitudes: Reduced the time required to learn certain Aptitudes.
Steam Achievements: I've added a manual check for the "Aptitude Master" and "Respectable Person" Steam achievements. Simply talking to the Post-Game Tenderoid will trigger the check.
Save Menu Protection: To prevent accidental save file deletion, I've removed the 'Delete' option from the Save menu.
NPC Balancing: Significantly increased the stats for Billy and Viggo.
Counterattack Bug: Fixed an issue where killing enemies with counterattacks would cause items not to register in the player’s inventory.

I'm back with another patch that targets some pesky bugs and introduces a convenient new feature. Your detailed reports are incredibly helpful, so thank you for that!
Here's what I've fixed in v1.11:
Credits Scene: Fixed the background of the credits scene.
Aptitude Notifications: The notification for a learned aptitude will no longer reappear.
Tent Troubles: Fixed a bug where the player could get stuck in front of Traveler Paul’s tent.
Fullscreen Option: Added a fullscreen toggle in the Options menu. You can also press F4 to toggle fullscreen directly, and F3 to limit the screen resolution.
Difficulty Swapping: You can now change the difficulty mode at any time by speaking to a Saveroid! Please note there is a 1% net worth fee for this service.
Permanent Attack Bug: Fixed a critical bug that could cause Akane’s attack stat to be permanently reduced after battle.
This issue was triggered by the Bot’s healing skill when combined with the Dormant Corpus effect.
Please note: If your save file has been affected by this bug, please email it to me at [email protected], and I will manually fix it for you.

I'm excited to bring you a significant update with patch v1.10! This patch introduces some highly requested features like Steam Achievements and difficulty modes, along with crucial performance improvements and balancing changes.
Here are the details for v1.10:
Steam Achievements are Live! By popular demand, the Steam Achievement system has been added! I've introduced 35 achievements for you to unlock with this update.
Please Note: All battle-related achievements can only be unlocked on Normal Difficulty and are not available on Easy Difficulty.
Localized names for achievements will be updated in-game soon. Thanks for your patience!
Playtime Fix: Corrected an issue where playtime was not being recorded accurately. The game will now also track your number of playthroughs!
Combat Balancing: I've rebalanced stats to provide a more consistent challenge, as an interim fix for the currently overpowered player character. I will continue to refine this.
New Difficulty Modes: You can now choose between Easy and Normal modes to tailor your combat experience.
Super Safe Mode Added: A new filtered mode has been added which reduces sensitive content.
Performance Improvement: The core effects for the R-blade and Black Beauty have been reorganized, which greatly improves game performance and reduces lag.
Madam Yu's Interview: The interview session with Madam Yu is now passable and will grant a +1 Respect value upon successful completion.
Quicksave (TESTING): I've added an in-game quicksave feature! Press 8 to save your progress instantly. This key can be remapped in your keyboard/controller settings. (This is a TESTING feature - please always keep a backup save using the autosave or manual save slots!)
Special Event Trigger Rates: Increased or removed probability checks for certain special events. This change allows players to trigger events more reliably once the conditions are met, particularly for the Billy and Mario questlines.

I'm rolling out another patch to improve and stabilize the game. Your continuous feedback is incredibly helpful, and I'm committed to making your experience smoother with each update.
Here’s what’s new in v.1.07:
Weapon Upgrade System: Adjusted weapon upgrade stats. The system will now correctly save the weapon's level after upgrading.
Bank Interest Plan: Fixed a glitch where players who had already maxed out their interest plan at Sandy Bay were still given the option to upgrade it.
Black Card Buff: The "Black Card" now features an improved interest rate and a higher interest rate cap. The new caps are:
Lv1 = $300
Lv2 = $350
Lv3 = $400
Lv4 = $500
Pawn Shop Update: "No Lag Blades" can now be sold at pawn shops.
More Save Points: We've added three more Saveroids to the world! You can now find them in "Honeydew Forest", the "Underground Mall", and "Starfish Lagoon".

I've pushed out another patch to address some bugs and improve your gameplay experience. Thank you for continuing to report issues and support the game!
Here's what's in v.1.06:
Bank Donation Fix: You will now only be able to donate to the homeless man at the bank if you have sufficient cash.
Screen Fade-in Fix: Resolved an issue where the screen could remain black after working out or resting at the Gym, Room-Tsuki (Meiji Spa), Mall Underground Toilet, Snow Cabin, and on the Steam Train.
Mama Bunny Disappears: Mama Bunny will now be correctly removed from your inventory after you release her back into the wild.
Gym Door Glitch: Fixed a bug where players could get stuck inside the gym if they closed the door with a negative balance, which prevented the door from being reopened.
Invisible NPC: Remove the feature where an NPC near a magazine rack could be turned invisible, potentially trapping the player.
Pawn Shop Sales: You can no longer sell limited-time special food items at the pawn shop.
New Save Point: We've added another Saveroid at the entrance of the Meiji Spa for your convenience.
Free Mochi No More: Fixed a bug where the Mochi Set at Meiji Spa could be obtained for free.
Combat Adjustment: During the battle with the old man with a cane, Akane's counterattack will no longer trigger automatically.

We're back with another update based on your valuable feedback!
Patch ver. 1.04 & 1.05 are now live, bringing more stability and a few quality-of-life improvements to make your time in Artis Impact even better.
Here’s a look at what we’ve tweaked:
Breeder Boss Battle: Fixed an issue that could cause a tinted black screen during the fight.
Chef Mario's Early Arrival: Fixed a sequence break where Chef Mario could appear before his intended interview scene.
Arsenic Tutorial Loop: Leni will now only provide the arsenic poisoning tutorial once, allowing her mini-game to be triggered correctly afterward.
Pineapple Pizza Predicament: You'll no longer get stuck in the kitchen if the special Pineapple Pizza event triggers while Akane is working.
Meiji Spa Stipend: Players will now correctly receive their $600 allowance for the Meiji Spa trip.
Farfield Foray: You can no longer wander into Farfield before accepting the relevant quest from the Commander.
Performance Boost: Significantly reduced lag when using a fully upgraded Black Beauty with the Serpent Core and C-Core.
More Save Slots: We've added two more manual save slots for your convenience!
A New Friend - Timeroid!: A new NPC, Timeroid, has appeared in town! Find them to fast-forward time whenever you need.
Shiny White Mist Drop Rate: Increased the discovery chance for Shiny White Mist from 8% to 25%.
Localization Fixes:
Made some minor fixes to the Simplified Chinese text.
Updated Korean localization text for Timeroid.
Fixed a train ticket error message (Russian language).
Screenshot Function: You can now press F12 to take a screenshot! Please note these are saved locally in your game folder (Artis/screenshots) and are not connected to Steam's screenshot manager.

Thank you all for your amazing support since the launch of Artis Impact! I've been working hard to iron out some wrinkles and make your adventure with Akane even more enjoyable. I've just rolled out patch ver. 1.03, which includes some important fixes and balance adjustments.
Here's what's new:
Translation Touch-ups: Fixed some missing translations in Traditional Chinese and improved the text for the Indonesian and Russian versions.
Bunny Quest Fix: Fixed an issue in the Bunny Quest where the bear event wouldn't trigger if you skipped buying the rabbit initially. The caged fox event will now correctly initiate.
Meiji Spa Sequence: You'll now need to visit your room at Meiji Spa at least once before entering the hot spring. This should prevent any sequence breaks related to the Room-Tsuki questline.
Traveler Paul's Great Escape: Fixed a bug where you could get stuck with Traveler Paul in Akane’s room if you broke the door while he was visiting. He can now leave without issue!
Hidden Ending More Accessible: I've lowered the Respect requirement for the hidden ending from 28 to 21. While the max achievable Respect is still over 30, this change should make the special ending easier to unlock.
Text & Dialogue Cleanup: I've polished various in-game texts for better consistency and clarity.
Doomgazer Drops: Corrected a bug where defeating the Doomgazer too quickly would prevent it from dropping its loot.
Removed Skillbook: The Arts - Unmatched 3 skillbook has been removed from Frostwood B.
Snow Gorigo Encounter Rate: Snow Gorigo now has a fixed 20% encounter rate when using Map Exploration at the Meiji Spa.
Post-Game Travel Fixes: Resolved a strange teleportation bug with the Lith Shuttle Bus at Mount Yukiho and the Hover in the Plains during Post-Game.
Immortal Bosses: Fixed a bug causing some bosses to lose their immortality state after retrying the battle.
New Game+ Skill Transfer: I’ve fixed an issue where learned skills weren't carrying over to New Game+. Please Note: This fix applies to new playthroughs started after this patch. If your current NG+ save is affected, please email me your save file (and let me know the slot number) at [email protected], and I'll fix it for you manually.
Combat Difficulty Adjustment: I've increased the overall combat difficulty. Some effects from generic Talent skills and Aptitudes have been removed to create a more balanced and rewarding battle experience. This change aims to make side quests, training, and blade upgrades feel more meaningful.

Wow... I'm honestly at a loss for words. It's been less than 24 hours since Artis Impact was officially released, and we've already sold over 10,000 copies!
To be honest, I never expected this. For a "little project" that I've been working on by myself for nearly five years, receiving so much love is incredibly, truly touching! I've been lurking in the community watching all your discussions, seeing you share Akane's cute moments, complain about the weird characters you've met, and uncover all sorts of hidden secrets... The feeling is just amazing!
A heartfelt thank you to every single player who has embarked on this little journey of love! 🧡
Of course, I've also seen all the bug reports and valuable suggestions you've raised in our communities. Please rest assured, my little helpers and I have collected them all and are working around the clock to address them based on priority! Here's a quick response to your most pressing concerns:
🛠️ Hotfixes & Experience Optimizations Are On The Way!
I'm working hard on a hotfix patch and will release it as soon as possible to improve your gaming experience. The highest priority issues right now are:
[URGENT] Game Fails to Launch: I've received reports from some players about this critical bug. I'm urgently collecting system configurations and environments from affected players to pinpoint the cause and fix it ASAP!
Missing Steam Features: I've noted the issue with Steam's native F12 screenshot function not working. This will be fixed in a future update so you can more easily capture Akane's adorable moments.
UI Text Display Errors: For players experiencing flickering, missing, or overlapping UI text, I'm working on a fix for that as well.
Controller Support & Optimization: The game already supports controllers. If you're having trouble, please try [disabling Steam Input] in your Steam settings. I will also continue to optimize the controller experience!
Steam Deck Support: Some players reported that the game doesn't run on the Steam Deck, which is because the Deck forces Steam Input. I have uploaded an official beta version of the Artis Impact controller layout for Steam Input, so it should be playable on the Deck now! However, full Steam Deck support is still a work in progress, so you might occasionally experience flickering or stuttering. I'm working hard to bring a better experience to Steam Deck players!
Combat Balance Tuning: "Why am I two-shotting the boss?" — I hear you! The current combat balance is indeed a bit high, making players feel too "overpowered" in the late game. I will be adjusting this in future updates to ensure better combat balance and a more impactful boss fight experience.
...and a whole list of other issues you've mentioned are on my fix list! It might take a little time, but I've already hit the ground running!
🗺️ Regarding Story Content & Future Adventures
On Content Length & Guidance: I've seen feedback from players who feel the main story is shorter or less complete than they expected. The game actually contains a large amount of side quests and hidden stories, but many of the "guides" for these were intentionally omitted, which may have caused many of you to miss out on this content. I will strive to find the right balance between "guiding" the player and encouraging "free exploration" to improve this.
My original intention was to encourage you to explore and discover freely, like in a real-world adventure, rather than being led by the nose with a quest log. It seems this design may have backfired for some. I deeply understand your feelings and will evaluate and optimize the game's guidance in future updates, ensuring everyone can be better immersed in the complete story, whether it's your first playthrough or a new game+.
Future Update Roadmap: Many of you are curious about the world beyond Sunnyside and feel that many stories are left unfinished—and you're right, Akane's adventure is far from over!
After I've fixed the various bugs that are clearly affecting the game experience, I will devote all my energy to content updates! I already have so many stories in my head; I just need more time to bring them to life. The current plan is to bring more rich and interesting content to Meiji Spa and Winterlake:
New areas to explore. Those places you can't get to right now might hold new stories in the future.
More interesting side quests to further enrich this little cute, little weird world.

First of all, sending you all a huge virtual hug! 🎉 The launch of the Artis Impact demo has received so much love and support from you all, and we’re truly grateful! We've been getting lots of feedback and suggestions from our amazing community, especially regarding crashes and bugs. We understand how important your experience is, and we've jumped straight into action to fix these issues!
We’re happy to announce that the following updates have been made:

Fixed crash issues in certain scenes
Improved overall game stability and performance
Resolved some minor bugs related to interactions and quests
Fixed an issue where Orange Juice was incorrectly charged at $35 instead of $15.
Added CN translated text regarding the missing part of Carter's dialogue.
Fixed a localization issue with Bald Pedlar and the ATM machine.
Adjusted the skill "Impeccable" to only consume TP instead of both MP and TP.🛠️
