Current pre_alpha version : 10

Hello survivors! Here is a brief summary of what has been implemented in RTE words this month; RTE worlds difficulty is based on distance from camp hope, the further you venture out the tougher the enemies will be and the greater the reward. I am planing to add more camps for trading and will act as safe zones for players as they venture away from camp hope. each camp will have a different economy, some camps will have cheap food items, some will have cheap crafting items, its on the player to find what each camp needs and profit from it. I added a lot of new Items, Skills, weapons and firearms. I also added more blood and gore to the combat system to improve the feel of the hits

I added 2 new enemies with unique play styles and the ability to block incoming hit as well as inflict special states, like being pinned down by a spider web, planing and timing attacks is key to survival when encountering them.

I am preparing the buildings for the new Town map location

I finished the base code to start creating bigger boats to travel longer distances and to act as your temporary base as you explore the oceans

I added several new small map location

And the massive airport map location

I also improved the world generator to create interesting and more scenic vistas, and added seed presets for easier world generation, And I am also preparing new biomes to explore.

Started populating the oceans, and added new underwater locations to explore and loot while scuba diving

The fog of war is now operational, the map will only open up where you have explored.

Added a new signage system to show you important locations on the map

I added random loot spots in the map

I am working on a new kind of encounters in the world that I will talk about in the next dev-blog, I will leave you with this teaser screenshot for now

Hello survivors! I am starting a new Dev-Log to keep you updated on the current state of RTE Worlds. Here is a brief summary of what has been implemented in RTE words

Character

The character can climb almost any surface in the game and can jump from any height using the glider.

World generator

I have implemented several systems to generate the world; Seed presets, random seeds, and the ability to tweak the random seed to fit you taste

Equipment

I have just implemented the shoulder character slot, and 35 new shoulder armors, which you can buy from the armor smith

Building system

Difficulty level

The difficulty level of RTE Worlds is based on the distance from camp hope, the further away you are from camp hope the harder it will become, the better the xp and the loot will become, be careful not to venture further than you can handle.
