Hi everyone. Things got even worse. Kim abused me and stole all of the project's money. She just lied about everything. She was doing drugs and cheating on me with Grindr dates and going out with my bank card making thousand dollar ATM withdrawals. She bottomed out all of my acco
Between 2022 and 2024 PC Gamer's Ted Litchfield wrote about Fortune's Run six times . "It's like the Jedi Knight 4 we never got," he wrote in September 2022 about the stylish immersive sim which, like Gloomwood, doubles as an impactful boomer shooter and even has a basketball min
The positively rated immersive sim boomer shooter Fortune's Run is getting back into action, as the developer is now back to working on it. Read the full article here:
Good news, everyone! I am writing this Steam post with a computer and not dictating it over the jail phone! To keep it succinct, after a year of getting gaslit by transphobic morons who convinced themselves that I, I quote, real words from my real file, "have failed to acquire a
Hi everyone! It's Prison Dizzie! Update time?? I've been putting this off. Sorry. It's because I only have awful things to say and I'm tired of having pity parties on the internet! ^^" I want you all to know that the game isn't dead, though, and neither am I, by the way! In fact,
Eyo! First of all, the support has been incredible and appreciated so thanks for that! Secondly, hi, I'm Kim and will be keeping tabs on the project until she's out. I know people weren't sure if the project would continue to be worked on but we're doing everything to ensure it d
Hey everyone. Today is the day. I am leaving in a few moments. What is there to say? This sucks, doesn't it? The Discord server will remain up and my dear and wonderful friends will be staffing it to the best of their abilities in my absence. The game, of course, will no longer r
Fixed some more stuff! Here it is: -Fixed more mismatched Sybil lines -Can now block while sprinting with melee weapons -Heavies now purge debuffs when the shield pops (you no longer get a long stun from cablegunning them, they just lose their shield) -Fixed Ksao somehow still po
Hey everyone! Those of you who are fastidious will have noticed that I've been patching the game but too lazy to post patch notes. Well, in reality, I posted them during the Steam community outage earlier <_< And they were eaten by the system being down. At least I have a c
Hey! I'm putting this patch out early because it fixes a critical bug that made all enemies not spawn in the new level. It was related to eating at Ksao's then making a save and loading it. If you were missing enemies or the characters in the hub became non-interactive, or even d
Hi! I just want to drop a quick update to clear things up. I have gotten access to the other developer accounts! Actually, it was in my hands the whole time; I found the logins in our stuff <_< So that's my bad right there my friends. I will be cross-updating the other plat
Hey! Just a few fixes. After launch I was mostly watching people play and taking notes, but I still wanted to fix a few things. Also, to be honest, I was a bit stressed out by all the attention, heh. No major bug fixes here, mostly adding in missing VO and fixing mismatched subti
Fortune's Run launched into Steam early access in September 2023, and quickly became a favourite on the PCG team. The game is like an immersive sim on fast-forward, with lightning fast melee combat, deep stealth mechanics, and immaculate dystopian vibes. Unfortunately, as good as
Announced originally during the Realms Deep event in 2021, and later released into Early Access on Steam in 2023, Fortune's Run is a highly rated immersive-sim FPS but now its future is uncertain. Read the full article here:
The update is finally done! This was an incredible amount of work and I hope you all love it. It's going to be weird this time, there's a lot more story content and quests and such, but there is also a huge combat level with new enemies and lots of new mechanics. Depending on wha
Hi everyone! I'm Dizzie, as of recently the sole developer of this game. First of all, I have some stuff going on I need to make public as it's going to interrupt development. I've been sentenced to prison for the next 3 years. It's a long story, but I've lived a very different l
Hi! I have some really, extremely bad news. As some of you may know, this game is being worked on by two people; I, Dizzie, and Arachne, my wife. Previously we attempted to collaborate with more people, but long story short, we couldn't afford anything anywhere near full-time bec
I've been a Fortune's Run freak since first playing its bafflingly good demo level two years ago, and after launching into early access with a single, sprawling space station playground, we're finally seeing what comes next: an underground factory and settlement with a projected
Did you miss Zlimbratski's Indie FPS stream? Oh. :( Well, it's okay, here's the video update ^^! The first thing to note is that we will be releasing this new content in August and not July as we were thinking a few weeks ago. We've decided we want to take more time because we wa
