Moonstone Island is a creature-collecting life-sim set in an open world with 100 islands to explore.

Bug fixed: Hairclip seems to be dropping from chests, so it then doesn’t drop from Waldo’s letter.
REDACTED is no longer required to complete the "Spirit Research: Extra Credit" quest.
Updated a bunch of NPC dialogue lines that weren't being triggered due to impossible trigger criteria
Fixed a typo in Black Pearl description.
Fixed a bug with scrolling in the Spirit Storage screen - when selecting the "Let go" option, the list was scrolled to the beginning, and another spirit became highlighted, and it wasn’t clear which spirit was being let go.
After confirming the "Let go" dialogue, the list now stays in the same position, doesn’t scroll to the beginning.

This is a dream come true for us, and hopefully all of you, and it's the product of many months (over 12 months, actually!) of hard work to make this happen. And we've had to keep it a secret for SO LONG. And now it's not a secret any more! It's real, it's beautiful, and it's OUT NOW.
But I also promised you more details on what else we added, so here we go:
36 new clothing items
28 new hats and hair
60,000 new animation frames
A new and exciting [REDACTED] that you have to [REDACTED] which unlocks [REDACTED]
And some tweaks and changes:
A dedicated button for the Medallion
The pencil now snaps to pixel grid in the Loom (if you're using a controller)
Talismans no longer take up space in the inventory
A new "Character" menu tab in which the player can customise their character, view their XP and any active abilities & effects
A new system which drops clothing as loot (from chests, NPC letters, and more)
Optimization for loading new chunks in the overworld (which will hopefully fix that pesky Steam stuttering issue at last!)
Optimized tiles/wallpaper (which should reduce the time it takes to load a home interior if you've placed thousands of items)

This is something we've wanted to add to the game for a LOOOOONG time, and we're so proud and so grateful that your support has enabled us to do it. Adding outfits, hair, and skin colour meant a lot of custom art and animations, and that stuff takes time! And money! But we love this game, and we love all of you, so for the past year we've been doing all that custom art and animation. And it RULES. It looks so cool!!!
We've also snuck some new features into this update, because of course we did, as well as a few bug fixes, too. But you'll find out more when this mega customization update goes live on SEPTEMBER 18TH! That's right, you only have three days to wait. Ain't we just the best.
It's also our two year anniversary, and in those past two years, we've built a community that we could never have dreamed of. Across Bluesky, Reddit, Steam, Discord, and the Social Media Platform Formerly Known As Twitter, we've gotten to know and connect with so many of you. It's been a delight. Even when you're telling us to add character customization every five minutes. I guess it worked, though.

Fixed a bug with “raise level 32 spirit“ objective in the evolution quest.
Added propagation code that marks this objective as completed for existing players who have lv 32 evolvable spirit.
Bug fixed: entering any festival or Rift party after midnight may result in skipping one day.
Propagation code: re-delivering any mail missing because of the midnight bug.
Bug fixed: spamming “Use“ button when making an offering during the Spring festival could remove the wrong item from the inventory.
Fixed missing Deck Reset Potion sprite
In the future, if an item sprite is missing, a green gem will spawn instead of Dark Matter.

Here's what the Evolutions Update gets you:
28 new evolved Spirits
A new quest to teach you the basics of evolution
A new type of mine – the DEEP MINE
A new boss battle

And here's some of the details of how Spirit evolution works:
Once a Spirit reaches level 32, they gain an "evo meter"
Winning battles and playing that Spirit's cards add to the meter
Once they reach 1000 evo points, you can use an Evo Stone to evolve them
Evo stones can be found on Psychic Islands
Evolved Spirits gain:
A new ability 👀
A new, second elemental type
The ability to choose from 4 cards instead of 3 when levelling up

YES! We've got the exciting addition of evolved Spirits planned for our next update, and it's enough to make the Inventor of Evolution, Charles Darwin himself, giggle and kick his feet. Let's look at the big details:
