Hello there!
I have wanted to add a level editor to this game since I started working on it, and now I've finally got it done, just in time for the three year anniversary of the game's release!
Additions:
New menu on the main menu for custom content.
New custom content hub to play and upload levels to the Steam Workshop.
New built-in level editor to create custom content.
Bug Fixes
Lots of bugs were fixed. Seriously. Lots. I've forgotten a lot of the small ones.
Frame rate is now not capped by V-Sync even when V-Sync is disabled.
Improved frame rate consistency.
Improved widescreen support.
I hope you enjoy this, I can't wait to play some of the stuff you make!

Fixed (hopefully): A bug that caused the resolution of the game to change to a smaller one when entering levels or the settings menu. Last patch I added a feature to negate this, but hopefully in this patch, it should be fully fixed. Have fun!

New Command Line Argument: -forceres
There has been a problem where some people's monitor resolution can just not be picked up, so I've added a -forceres to freeze it and make sure that it won't be changed to a random resolution while playing.
-forceres can be combined with -screen-width and -screen-height in order to set the desired resolution external from the game.

Escape hell in this ghoulish new limited time level, available from the 25th of October to the 2nd of November every year.
Menu Updates
I've always wanted to add some extra little things to the menus, and also to give them a little bit of a re-organise, so you might notice some things have changed a little bit.
Optimisations
I'm always working on ways to improve performance and reduce the size of the game, and I have done exactly that in this update (it turns out that storing all of your promotional assets in your game files isn't the smartest idea).

Fixed:
Windowed mode resetting to fullscreen
Settings menu breaking at higher refresh rates (>144Hz)
This settings menu bug has been driving me insane. I couldn't figure it out, until Dorbell reported the bug and we traced it down to being because of his refresh rate being pretty high (165hz, as opposed to the highest I tested, being 144hz). After a lot of testing, I finally narrowed down the bug and hopefully fixed it. Dorbell also pointed out the windowed mode bug, which may or may not have been caused by a spelling mistake...

Before this update, the apply button just didn't work for some people. I initially denied this because I have no idea how it could come about, but I'm going to chalk it down to Unity being Unity. I really had to fix this, because it really messes things up.
So now, I essentially made my own button script that pretty much ensures that the apply button should work no matter what.
There was a problem with the Apply button in the settings menu. It could be fixed now, it could not, or something else could also be broken. But yeah, hopefully this is fixed, I never had the problem but I hope it is fixed now.

New mode! A little mode that chooses random levels so you can get a nice assortment of levels to play. Along with the new mode, there have also been some subtle behind-the-scenes changes that should make things a bit smoother for everyone.

Intro
This is quite a big update and it focuses on improving the new player experience, and it should fix a lot of major problems that people have pointed out.
Tutorial
The game didn't have a tutorial, but now it does, which is cool, I guess. This was probably needed quite a bit, because I've had a lot of cases of people not even knowing how to sprint.
Other stuff
I got quite a lot of other things done this update (it is amazing how productive you can be without internet), such as fixing a load of bugs and making some minor tweaks to improve quality of life, two notable examples being stopping the crash that happened when a player would try to load into the winter speedrun, and also modifying tilted levels to be slightly easier. (I would highly recommend trying the tilted levels, I think they are fun and they give you a whole new angle on the game.)
Saving stats for achievements should now be more consistent, and they also track progress while you are offline, ready to upload next time you launch the game connected to the Steam servers.

This update introduces a new frame limiter, because people were mentioning about how the game would max out their graphics card, and we really don't want to waste all of that electricity.
Another tweak is an increase in precision to the timer in the speedrun mode. In the menus, it will show your time in the format mm/ss/fff now, providing more detail, which is awesome for when you need to submit your run to the speedrun.com page for Propulsion.
I was told that the wind in this game kinda blows, so I patched that. Other than that, I fixed some confusing things in the UI, but I still haven't gotten around to trying to make scrolling in the level selects more intuitive, I'm so sorry!

Of course, it could be any level to have something go wrong, but naturally it has to be Level 100. Awesome. Anyway, I fixed it. Maybe you can finally finish the game now.
