Hello everyone!
Big news today: starting December 19th, Spiral will see its price cut permanently to 19.99$, right on time for the Winter Sale!
When we reflected on what Spiral's price should be, given the work that went into it and what we offered, we chose a price that we felt (and we still feel) was fair. However, our goal is also to have Spiral shared with as many people as possible, and we don't want the price to be an obstacle to people who wish to experience it.
So, if there is someone you know who is still on the fence, don't hesitate to let them know! The holiday is coming; Spiral would feel really at home in that cozy sock full of love and goodies you're giving to your loved one.
We're also working on a new patch at the moment, so keep your eyes peeled.
Thank you so much for being there; we love you and are really grateful for you. Take care and talk soon.

With 2023 coming to an end, we felt it was the perfect time to make a recap of the last year and everything that happened during those oh-so-brief twelve months. So sit down tight, and let's start!
When the year started, we had five scenes that still needed some polish but were mostly finished, three that had their initial layout, and two for which most of the structure was already there. Our script was complete (aside from two scenes that had been put on hold), and we were preparing for an overhaul of the subtitles system.
With that, we were ready to push the game even further during the year, and our first event came in fast when we were picked to take part of the Demo Nights in January! In early March, to celebrate the release anniversary of Spiral's demo, we updated it with the new subtitle system as well as the addition of both Italian and Turkish localization!

Spring started with a roar for us. We had two enormous events happening at the same time! We went to PAX East to present Spiral for the very first time, and while we were there, we had to handle our Kickstarter campaign! Each of these would have already put some pressure on us, but both of them, at the same time, were a lot for our little team! But no matter what, we pushed through!
We were able to meet so many of you at PAX East, and as always, it was a blast to see you enjoy Spiral and all the effort we've put into it. Talking with you all warms our hearts.

Our Kickstarter campaign was another opportunity to connect with so many new people. We had new people reaching out to us or joining our community each day. All the love we received from you still pushes us forward to this day. Just in case we didn't say it enough, thank you!

And let's not forget that during this time, we had finally officially announced we would be releasing on PS5, Xbox and Switch!

The summer was more peaceful after such an intense spring, but we still have some highlights.
It's when we announced our partnership with SpaceJazz! They would help us bring Spiral to China and take care of localizing the game in Chinese, allowing it to reach even more people.
We were also able to attend the Montreal Comiccon once more, and by now, you know how much we enjoy meeting you and seeing you react to Spiral's demo whenever we can :)

When fall arrived, we were waiting for it with a strong announcement, and for it, we were able to be part of The MIX showcase during PAX West. While the team was unfortunately unable to have a booth there this year, Spiral was still present through their showcase to announce the big news.
Spiral will be released in September 2024!

To make it even more memorable, we released an updated trailer with scenes never shown before and an all-new key art that would represent Spiral everywhere from now on!
And now, the year is coming to an end. There's still so much left to share with you next year, and we can't wait to finally put Spiral in your hands. As far as how much progress we made, rather than giving vague states of some scenes, let me put everything in perspective. The final game will contain a total of 20 scenes (memories). Of those:
There's still a lot of work to do, but the end is in sight, and we're psych about it!
We wish you all happy holidays and hope you can spend all the time you want tucked away with your loved ones.
