   Pause menu improvements

   Hi there. Now the pause menu screen has sound effects on it! A lot more pleasant (: And also the level selection system has been improved. Now you can select the level by its number and then press A (gamepad) or Enter (keyboard) to go to the level you have selected. You can also

   Little improvements

   - Now you can perform a dash using the RB or LB buttons on your game pad; - You can get the game to fullscreen by pressing any button or key during the splash screen; - The app launcher icon has been updated. Now you can see the little mastho on a red background :D Thank you all
