CHARACTER MATCHUP THEME SONG VOTE
In Guilty Gear -Strive-, we are planning to produce new Character Matchup Theme Songs composed by Daisuke Ishiwatari, inspired by matches between specific characters.
Currently, Get Over Nightmares is implemented in-game as the dedicated theme song for the Ky VS Sin matchup.
Moving forward, we plan to expand this initiative and produce new Character Matchup Theme Songs composed by Daisuke Ishiwatari.
Production is already underway for new theme songs for the following four matchups, which are scheduled to be implemented in Guilty Gear -Strive- in the future:
Sol VS Ky
Millia VS Zato-1
Asuka VS Happy Chaos
Ramlethal VS Elphelt
And now, as a 5th Anniversary project, the fifth new theme song matchup will be decided by your votes!
First, a preliminary vote will be held within the survey.
The top-voted matchups will then advance to the final vote to be held at a later date.

The dedicated theme song for the matchup that takes 1st place in the final vote is scheduled to be released after Spring 2027, alongside the four tracks announced today.

*Get Over Nightmares (Ky VS Sin), which has already been released, and the four matchups whose production has already been confirmed (listed above), are not eligible for this vote.

Survey responses are limited to one per person. Multiple responses or responses deemed fraudulent may result in those votes being invalidated.
The voting results will be tallied based on valid votes, excluding those determined to be fraudulent or duplicates of existing votes.
The release schedule for the new theme songs may change depending on composition and development schedules. Further details will be announced at a later date.
The content and implementation periods of the survey and voting are subject to change without prior notice.
Interim progress and final results of the survey and voting may be shared on the official website or social media (in a format that does not identify individuals).
