Hello, villagers !
The very first Agrou's update, 1.1, is here!
Many of you sent us bug reports and suggestions on the official Discord. Thanks to you and our developers, today we have a really great changelog! This first update focuses on the game's stability (bugs, improvements on existing features, gameplay adjustments). We want the game to be stable and like we want before adding new content to Agrou : new roles, new features... we have really fun ideas for the future that we think you will like!
We've been really surprised to see streams on Agrou everywhere in the world since launch: France, Korea, Turkey, Brazil... many thanks to all streamers who tried Agrou with their friends! We laughed a lot watching you guys and we are honored :) By the way, if you want to participate in Agrou's translation in all languages, you can do it on this platform. Some translations are nearly finished thanks to some contributors, and we are already working on adding those languages to the game!
Without further delay, here is the changelog of the 1.1 version of Agrou:
- The Hunter can now shoot however he dies
- The Little Girl's field of vision has been greatly narrowed
- When someone is infected by the Black Wolf, its card doesn't disappear anymore (but a Wolf card is added)
- The White Wolf can now kill anybody at night, not only the Wolves
- When the Hunter is in the last two players, dies and shoots the last player, the end result is a draw
- Dead players can only talk to dead players in vocal chat, and listen to the living players
- When a lover has to kill himself out of love, he dies even if he was protected by the Guard
- The White Wolf now has access to the Wolves' chat
- Numerous graphic optimizations on all maps
- A kissing sound is played for the lovers when they fall in love
- A message is now displayed on screen for the lovers when they fall in love
- A half-heart icon is now displayed on lover's cards, above their role
- It is now mentioned that lovers must win together
- By default, all servers are now displayed in the servers list
- Optimizations for 21:9 screens
- After typing a private server's password, you can confirm by pressing Enter. Handy!
- When you join a private server, the Join button is now on the right, and the Cancel button on the left
- The key to display FPS can now be modified in keyboard settings
- When the day phase begins, if Wolves are typing in the Wolves' chat, their message is now automatically cleared so they don't send it in the general chat
- The end screen now displays faster at the end of games
- Vocal chat volume has been increased
- Goalposts' texture has been modified in Angmar Plains
- The message displayed when the Dictator starts a coup d'état is now translated in English
- Tamer and Influencer cards were modified to add clarifications
- Angmar Plains' soccer ball has been moved and should be found more easily
- All chimneys in Helendor Village are now hollow
- A switching weapon sound is now played when the Hunter draws his rifle
- When the Hunter dies, his lover now has a death camera
- When the Angel dies in the first turn with a draw in votes, the camera doesn't stay stucked on the ground anymore when he flies away
- You now get explanations displayed when you mouse over the Tamer's card
- Games now go on when there are only Wolves and a White Wolf left
- When lauching the game from a desktop shortcut, your nickname won't be your computer's name anymore
- You can no longer get stucked in Angmar Plains' trees
- You can no longer get stucked in Cavern of Belfalas' stalagmites
- When the Black Wolf is poisoned by the Witch, his target is converted and no longer killed
- It is no longer possible to see someone without nickname
- The Guard can't see the visual effect of lovers linked by Cupid anymore
- When a player gets infected, he now sees other wolves' nicknames in red
- Steps sound effects can now be heard in Helendor Village
- It is no longer possible to shoot twice as Dictator
- When the Angel gets infected, he can't win as Angel anymore
- When you modify the game you can no longer add a special role twice
- When you chose ears in the shop hats are no longer removed
- The Witch can no longer spot an infected player with his vote number
- The Black Wolf's turn will no longer be skipped when he should be able to play
- In some cases death cameras were too long, they now have a normal duration
- Level 14 tattoo now applies normally on female characters
- Hats are now removed normally when you leave the shop with the return button after you choose a haircut
- When the Crow choses a player who is going to die during the night, the two votes of this player are no longer counted during the next day
- When the Hunter is chosen in a draw of votes, he now has his rifle in his hands as intended when he goes back on his seat
- When the Dictator starts a coup d'état in a night where the Hunter gets killed, there is no longer a conflict between their actions
- When lovers are Villager and Wolf, the end screens now displays a victory for lovers
- It is no longer possible to talk to Wolves during the day by clicking on text chat icon
- The Angel can no longer win during the second turn if nobody voted during the first turn
- When the Dictator gets infected, he can't shoot in the morning and becomes Werewolve as intended
