Dual core CPUs created an error when determining the total physics thread count. While not recommended to play on a dual core system, this correction should solve issues which prevented game launch.
Error corrected which appears to lock settings menu into a 'waiting for input' loop, but prevented updates from user input. This occurred when remapping keys or changing a setting that requires keyboard input.
