Kosmokrats launched (in many ways) on PC, November 5th. The road to launch was as zany as the game itself.
We worked with brilliant voice actors such as Alec Newman (Boris) and Sooz Kempner (Val 9000) to bring the characters of the game alive. And of course, Hollywood star Bill Nighy joined the cast as the somewhat sarcastic, sometimes motivating narrator/voice in your head.
We also sponsored the Jelle's Marble Runs - Marbula One event, proudly taking the torch from the previous sponsor at the time - John Oliver's Last Week Tonight.

We all make mistakes but when you're a drone pilot building space stations in the orbit above mistakes can be extra problematic.
While there is no fail state in Kosmokrats we like to offer as many different paths for players and for some perfection is their path.
This is why we're introducing History Mode or "Revisionist History Mode" as it's known by the dev team.
WHAT IS HISTORY MODE?
It basically works like a checkpoint system where you can rewind to any previous checkpoint
This lets you go back and try different approaches such as "What happens if I don't save *spoiler* this time?" or "I think I'll go to Jupiter instead of Mars"
If you messed up pretty badly and want to reply a mission, you can use this function to zip to the latest checkpoint. That being said, sometimes you'll have to replay X levels if you rewind to the last checkpoint.
Visually the Edit History background changes to reveal "your story", so if you upgraded VAL there'll be an image in the background showing this.
That way you can look and see a very simple "this is what happened up until this point" storyboard, which we think is pretty neat.
