We have changed the order in which the categories appear in the Daily Schedule screen upon adding the in-game "Login Tracker" feature.
Before: The "ArchePass" category appears when you first log in. Then, the "Login Tracker" category appears when you open the Daily Schedule screen.

We are aware of how there are many players who have reached the maximum title collector level (level 7) as new titles are being added with different contents and events now. We have therefore expanded the Title Collector levels up to level 10 to motivate you to grow your character and make title collection more fun. The effects of each title level are as below:
[Title Level 8]: Drop rate/XP gain +10%, Health Regen effect of healing potions +10%
[Title Level 9]: Drop rate/XP gain +10%, Health Regen effect of healing potions +10%, Move Speed +1%
[Title Level 10]: Drop rate/XP gain +10%, Health Regen effect of healing potions +10%, Move Speed +2%
Adjusted the cooldown of the group (Raid) mail.
When distributing funds for Raids via group (Raid) mail, the mail cooldown made it inconvenient for players to send the mail various times given the Gold attachment limit. To improve on this issue, we have adjusted the cooldown of the group (Raid) mail.
Group (Raid) mail cooldown: 10 minutes → 3 minutes
Adjusted the balance of "Siegeram Taurus."
When multiple players used Siegeram Taurus's "Rampage" skill in a large-scale battle, it was difficult to counter the relevant skill's knockback debuff effect, which reduced the thrill of the game. To improve on this issue, we have adjusted the balance of Siegeram Taurus as below, like we have previously announced:
Removed the knockback debuff from the Rampage skill.
We will continue monitoring and improving the balance of pets/mounts and items.
In preparation for the merger, the "Tax prepay" for the house will be disabled after the October 26, 2023 maintenance and before the November 30, 2023 maintenance.

Adjusted the way in which a Hero Cloak's buff effect is applied.
We have increased the Hero rewards and adjusted the Hero Cloaks' buff effects to be applied in a way whereby you can receive both [Hero Cloak effect] + [Own Cloak effect] to improve on the issue where these buff effects give more advantages to certain classes.
Change: Buff effect applied while equipped > Buff effect applied upon use
Even if you unequip the Hero Cloak while the buff effect is being applied upon using the cloak, this effect will remain.
Other than Hero Cloak buff effect adjustment, we will continue improving the Hero rewards.
Expanded the duration of some buff effects that can be obtained from the statues for each faction.
The duration of the Intense Blessing and Steadfast Blessing buff effects that can be obtained from the statues for each faction was set as 1 day, and it was therefore inconvenient to refresh it every day. To improve on this issue, we have made the below adjustments:
Added new Intense Blessing (3 days) and Steadfast Blessing (3 days) buff effects to the statues for each faction.
3-day buff effect consumes Stone Brick x10. The existing 1-day buff effect consumes Stone Brick x5.
Improved the Hiram Rift content.
We have made the below improvements based on the fatigue caused by the relevant content and this content's participation rate:
Reduced the HP of the bosses to 85% compared to before.
Adjusted the amount of the "Sacred Hiram Awakening Scrolls" that can be obtained from a "Void Chest" or a "Dimensional Rift Chest" while playing the Hiram Rift content.
Void Chest: 1 > 4 scrolls
Dimensional Rift Chest: 2 > 8 scrolls
The amount of the Unidentified Dimensional Hiram Infusions remains the same
We will continue to monitor the fatigue that you may experience while growing your character as you play the game's different contents including the Hiram Rift.
Adjusted the balance of the Disciple's Shields.
There was feedback that the excessive use of a Disciple's Shield's wide area pull skill, including Vicious Implosion, in a large-scale PvP, reduced the tension of the game. To improve on this issue, we have adjusted the pulling distance of Disciple's Shields and allowed the immunity to each shield's skill to be applied all at once.
Disciple's Shield: 10m to 6m
Radiant Disciple's Shield: 13m to 8m
Immortal Warden's Shield: 15m to 10m
Immunity is activated when being pulled by the above shields, and you may check your immunity state.
We hope this change will make players use the relevant wide area pull skills more cautiously.
Added a design with which you can expand a Design Chest.
50-Slot Design Chest, 70-Slot Design Chest
It can be crafted at the Handicraft Kiln regardless of your Proficiency.
Events

You can no longer obtain Faction Activity Points through Siege.
Shipbuilding methods were improved.
When placing a Drydock, all materials required for Shipbuilding will now be consumed all at once.
Due to the changes in how the Drydock is placed, bundles that were used when upgrading a shipbuilding level will no longer be consumed.
Due to the improvements, the territory protection duration after placing a Drydock has been greatly decreased.
Clarified the details about offline Labor regeneration in Patron buff effect and Labor descriptions.
Offline Labor Regen Explanation
Offline Labor Regen does not restore Labor in real time when logged off. Instead, the system checks whether you are a Patron user or have a buff effect when you log in.
If you have a buff effect activated, then you recover the specified amount every 5 minutes when logged off, and if your buff effect has expired, you will not recover any.
Bug Fixes
Fixed the issue where you occasionally could not obtain any points for gathering at the Island of Abundance.
Events
The October Hallowtide Festival has begun.
The Two Crowns and Solis Headlands become peace zones during the festival period.

Added an exchange feature for dragon hearts (Flamebeat Heart, Windsong Heart, Earthroar Heart).
We have added an exchange feature to improve on the issue where you couldn't get the dragon heart you wanted or received the heart you already had when exchanging "Dragon Heartshard" that is obtainable upon defeating Black Dragon for a dragon heart, turning a valuable item into something useless.
You can exchange "Flamebeat Heart," "Windsong Heart," and "Earthroar Heart" for "Red Dragon Spinal Ridge" x30 from Daru Priest.
The amount of exchange was decided based on the value of the raid items, among others.

Fixed the issue where sometimes the Lock Item Position feature was removed.
The Lock Item Position feature will be reset when you log in.
Fixed the issue where sometimes Frightened Greenman Songsong was not removed.

Added a feature that locks the position of the items in your inventory.
Based on the feedback that it was inconvenient how auto-sorting changed the position of frequently used items or items to be swiped, we have added a feature that locks the position of the items in your inventory.
The "Lock Item Position" button will be added to the bottom side of the Inventory UI. Click on the button and the Lock Item Position pop-up window will appear.
If you click on the [Lock/Unlock Item Position] feature from the pop-up window, your mouse cursor will change into Lock Item Position mode. Clicking on an item will lock or unlock its position and change its outline.
Position-locked items can be used normally, sold at a shop, destroyed, grown, listed for Auction, etc.
Expanded the UI scale range.
We have added a minimum of 70% and a maximum of 130% of UI scale values so that you can enjoy the game with a broader range of UI size.
Additionally, we found out that 80% and 90% scale values differed from the values that were actually applied, hence we have improved on this issue.
However, please note that this might slightly reduce the size of the UI or change the position of the shortcuts for those who have set their UI to 80% or 90% in size.
Added a space where you can set shortcut keys for the optimization mode.
Based on the feedback that it was inconvenient how the optimization mode, which was frequently used from the HUD on the bottom right side of the screen, was excluded with the UI revamp, we have added a feature that allows you to set shortcut keys for the relevant mode.
This feature has no default shortcut key. Use it upon setting up a shortcut key.
Go to: Settings > Key Settings > Misc. > Optimization Mode On/Off
Improved the Raid Commander Chat.
We have improved on several issues including the issue where the Raid Commander Chat appeared in the middle of the screen, and the issue where this chat overlapped with the quest objective count message, making it difficult to see the chat. Below are the details of the improvements:
The location of Raid Commander Chat was moved downwards.
Added the "Display Commander Chat Screen at the Center" ON/OFF feature.
Go to: Settings > Game Settings > Functionality > Display Commander Chat Screen at the Center (check/uncheck)
Changed the background of some system messages to look simpler, along with the Raid Commander Chat.
You can now share the Akasch Invasion Investigation daily quests with your raid members.
Before, it was difficult to do the Akasch Invasion Investigation daily quest because of the competition between individual players. To improve on this issue, we have adjusted these quests so that you can share them with members of the same raid by interacting with the sphere or the compass.
However, please note that you must be within 25m of the relevant raid member who is interacting with the sphere or the compass.
Improved the Marketplace purchase limit icons.
Currently, the purchase limit icons of the restricted items at the Marketplace are the same regardless of their settings, making it difficult to distinguish if they are referring to account/character/daily limits. Hence, we have adjusted the color of the icons based on each item's purchase limit settings.
Purchase Limit per Account: Green (remains the same)
Purchase Limit per Character: Orange
Daily Purchase Limit per Account: Purple
Improved the rewards for Freedich Island's Captain Rangora and Rangora the Oathbound.
A certain number of Pirates' Hidden Relics will appear upon defeating them. Return the Pirates' Hidden Relic to the Diamond Shores Relic Merchant to receive the rewards.
Ipnya's Blessing was added as a reward.
Additional rewards will be applied separately to both Captain Rangora and Rangora the Oathbound.
Added "Noryette Arena," a 3v3 party arena.
Added the new dungeon "Island of Abundance."
Island of Abundance is a vocational dungeon that does not require combat skills.
Added the "Island of Abundance Pass" item that is required to enter the Island of Abundance.
Use the pass to get the approval to enter the Island of Abundance.
You can obtain the pass from the new quests that can be done by transforming into a Daru.
Adjusted the following skillset balance:
Sorcery
Frigid Tracks: adjusted the required skill points to 6.
Gods' Whip: it originally required 6 skill points and its position was switched with Frigid Tracks. Damage was slightly reduced.
Freezing Arrow: reduced the duration of the Freeze effect of its combos from 14 sec to 10 sec when attacking a target inflicted with ice damage.
Swiftblade
Rending Mastery: an effect was added whereby the debuff duration is decreased by 30% when disabling left-hand equipment.
Primal Strike: Life: removed the equipment disable skill applied to the character and added a skill that grants immunity for a certain period of time.
Gunslinger
Collateral Damage: Quake: revised the tooltip description to fit the characteristics of the actual skill, and changed the max number of affected targets to 4 targets within 5m (hits up to 6 times, for a total of 24 targets).
Increased the sharing distance for the Arcane Spheres daily quest for the Akasch Invasion at Ipnya Ridge.
Adjusted the Total Raid Income rate for the Nuia Alliance & Haranya Alliance Siege.

When using "Guardian's Cannon Enhancement", the cooldown for the cannon equipped on the ship will decrease by 30% for 30 seconds.
There is a chance that a "Salvaged Ancient Cargo Ship" will appear at the point where Broken Lifeboat is found.
Adjusted the price of the 13 types of Civilian equipment to be sold for 1 Copper at the shop.
Added 2 types of Brilliant Transparent Daru Costumes.
Added "Awakening" to Daru Costumes.
You can now use 1 Shining Daru Costume Awakening Scroll and 300 Labor to awaken to a Brilliant Transparent Daru Costume.

We have been receiving a lot of feedback from all of you recently and have decided to merge ArcheAge and ArcheAge: Unchained services, which was one of the topics most frequently brought up. We went through many discussions and concluded that we could not provide you a smooth gameplay experience with the game's current servers. Especially, in the case of ArcheAge: Unchained, the population per server has reached a point where it is no longer possible for you to enjoy systems as they were designed to be. Unfortunately, with the current server population, we can't continue servicing ArcheAge: Unchained alone. We regret having to inform our ArcheAge: Unchained players of this decision.

Although, comparatively speaking, we can continue servicing ArcheAge, we internally reviewed if merging ArcheAge and ArcheAge: Unchained would be possible to provide you a better gameplay experience and a more stable service, and are now preparing for the actual merge. We hope the merge of ArcheAge and ArcheAge: Unchained leads to an active and lively field PvP as well as Faction War. Players in the server that has recently opened have been sharing their concerns regarding the merge. We are trying to come up with different ways to aid those players who are not strong enough to compete with the existing players yet upon merge.

The merge will take place during the maintenance on November 30 (Thurs). Below are the details of the specs that are applied upon server merge.

Custom Image Design	Crest Inks will not be transferred. All custom designs will be reset and your Crest Inks will be converted to Bound Crest Brainstorms upon merge. However, this applies to Crest Inks (custom designs) that were crafted using Crest Brainstorms only.
Furniture	All your items and furniture installed in a house will be retained upon merge. However, trade pack items that are dropped in your farm/garden will be reset and cannot be restored. Resident Contribution	All resident contribution will be calculated during the server merge maintenance.
Decor Limit Increase	Characters that own a house on which Decor Limit Increases were used in a merging server will be provided with Decor Limit Increases before the server merge.
Merged Server Housing Construction	Housing construction in the merged server will be restricted upon server launch. This restriction will be removed on December 2, 2023, at the times below. Building a "full kit" won't require additional construction materials, but you will have to pay the same deposits and taxes as for normal housing construction. - The remaining time for Patron players will be retained upon merge.

- Depending on the amount of the remaining subscription time, you will receive a bonus time that equals 20–30% of this time as Patron time.

Basic Character Info
- All character names will randomly change to prevent any character name overlap issues upon merge. You can change the name of your character when you first log in to the merged server before starting the game.
- The character's race, gender, appearance, level, Ancestral Level, Stamina/Mana, occupation, stats, details of stats, Vocation Badges, Honor Points, Equipment Points, jury points, Cumulative Leadership, Faction, and guild information will be preserved after the merge.
  - Exiled factions will remain as is.
- Character's Previous Leadership/Leadership info will reset after the merge.
Character Buffs
- Account buffs and character timed buffs (ArcheBlessing, Race Change Elixir, etc.) will remain as is after the merge.
Skills
- Acquired skills and Ancestral skill info will remain as is after the merge.
- Skillsets saved through Skillsaver expansion, the skillsets that were saved, and the skill type info will remain as is after the merge.
Proficiency
- Proficiency Rank, points, and number of specializations expanded will remain as is after the merge.
Points
- Character Honor Points, Vocation Badges, jury points, crime points, and Infamy Points will remain as is after the merge.
Bag
- All items in your bag will be retained upon merge.
- The sorting data and the UI data from the Category tab will be lost upon merge.
Warehouse
- The size of the Warehouse, items inside, and Gold info will remain as is upon merge.
- The sorting data and the UI data from the Category tab will be lost upon merge.
Storage (Trunk, furniture, closet, etc)
- All items within storages (Trunk, furniture, closet, etc) will remain as is upon merge.
Mail
- Mailbox and Storage data will be retained upon merge.

Pets/Mounts
- The name, status, XP, and equipped item info for all pets in possession by a character will remain as is after the merge.
Trade Pack

5. Coupons

Coupons purchased from the web shop or obtained through DLC rewards back when the service was transferred can still be used after the merge.
- Subscription coupons obtained as DLC rewards will be exchanged as Patron coupons with the same duration.
Coupons obtained through events and compensations will all be deleted after the merge, so please use them before the merge.

We will continue to make improvements to reduce issues that interrupt others from enjoying the game.
The Health Lift skill will now always apply to the caster.
The Health Lift skill for Auramancy applied randomly to 20 friendly targets (including the caster). Due to its random nature, it did not always apply to the caster. After receiving feedback about this, we're changing it so that the skill always applies to the caster, and then applies randomly to the remaining 19 other targets.
Bug Fixes
Fixed the issue where you could not accept the "Stop the Void Corps Boss" quest when in a "Weak" status.
Fixed the issue where it would appear as if Skill Stack for Songcraft would continue to remain active when hit by the Witchcraft's "Stillness" skill.
Witchcraft's "Stillness" skill removes all music effects, and also affects Songcraft's Skill Stack.

How to Participate

Go to the event area through "Worldgate: Sky Race" on Mirage Isle.
Meet Engineer Torry to get the [Mirage Sky Race] quest and receive the Scroll: Sky Yata Kart and Scroll: Greenman Kart items. (Lv30+)
Summon a vehicle, and then boost up through the tracks!
Pass through the rail's 1st–3rd points and then jump up at the end of the rail (after you pass the 1st point, you can select between two paths).
You'll get a reward appropriate for where you land on the landing point. Additionally, you can get Sky Race Coins by using the rewards you get.
Report to Engineer Torry and you'll get 10 Sky Race Coins and 1 Sky Race Key. These items will disappear during the maintenance on Sep. 14, 2023.
Your vehicle will be destroyed when the situations below happen. Once destroyed, your vehicle cannot be restored. (If your vehicle is destroyed, forfeit the quest and get it again.)
- When you move too slowly or when you stay idle at the same spot.
- When you go in the opposite direction while on top of the rails.
- When you get off of the vehicle.
- When you fall off from the rails.

We have been receiving a lot of feedback from all of you recently and have decided to merge ArcheAge and ArcheAge: Unchained services, which was one of the topics most frequently brought up. We went through many discussions and concluded that we could not provide you a smooth gameplay experience with the game's current servers. Especially, in the case of ArcheAge: Unchained, the population per server has reached a point where it is no longer possible for you to enjoy systems are they were designed to be. Unfortunately, with the current server population, we can't continue servicing ArcheAge: Unchained alone. We regret to inform this decision to our ArcheAge: Unchained players.

The merge will take place during the maintenance on November 30 (Thurs). Below are the details of the specs that are applied upon server merge which are subject to change.

Due to the upcoming merge with ArcheAge, DLCs for ArcheAge: Unchained will be retired on September 7.

- Depending on the amount of the remaining subscription time, you will receive a bonus time that equals 20–30% of this time as Patron time.
  - If your remaining subscription time is 180 days or more on November 30 (Thurs), at 09:00 UTC, you will receive a bonus time that equals 30% of this time as Patron time.
  - If your remaining subscription time is less than 180 days on November 30 (Thurs), at 09:00 UTC, you will receive a bonus time that equals 20% of this time as Patron time.
Credits
- The remaining credits in your ArcheAge and ArcheAge: Unchained accounts will be added up upon merge.
- Credits won't be added up per region.
Account Buffs
- The remaining duration of the buffs bound to your ArcheAge and ArcheAge: Unchained accounts (e.g. ArcheBlessing) will be added up upon merge.
Login Records
- If you have login records for both ArcheAge and ArcheAge: Unchained, the one with more logins will be counted for merge.
Loyalty Token
- The Loyalty Tokens in your ArcheAge and ArcheAge: Unchained accounts will be added up upon merge.
Farmhand
- When there are different Farmhands in your ArcheAge and ArcheAge: Unchained accounts, only one of them will be retained and below will be the determining factors:
  - No. 1 factor: Farmhand's XP
  - No. 2 factor: Farmhand's registration date
- The below Farmhand data will be retained upon merge:
  - XP
  - Proficiency (stats, points)
  - Proficiency Reset Count

Mail
- Mailbox and Storage data will be retained upon merge.
- Deleted mails will be lost upon merge.
Friend
- The data from Community > Friend > List, Block tabs will be retained upon merge.
- The data from Community > Friend > Request tab will be lost upon merge.
Teleport Scrolls
- The data from Teleport Scrolls' Default Site, Favorites, and Dungeon tabs will be retained upon merge.
- The data from Teleport Scrolls' Recorded Site tab will be lost upon merge.
ArchePass
- The progress of your ArchePasses and all their data will be retained upon merge.
- ArcheAge: Unchained ArchePasses cannot be used upon merge.
  - We will help you complete your active ArchePasses before the merge through an event. Details about the event will be announced through a separate notice.
Dungeon
- The below dungeon-related data will be lost upon merge:

Additional synthesis XP will increase up to by 1,000% when synthesizing certain equipment during the event period.
What's additional Synthesis XP?
It refers to the additional XP you can randomly obtain when synthesizing an item.
You can check the additional XP you can obtain with the XP bar in the Synthesis UI.

Based on the feedback that the cooldown of the "Dance: Rifle Drill" emote was too long, we have reduced its cooldown from 40 seconds to 25 seconds.
We did consider removing the cooldown completely, but using the emote while it's already in use would play the same animation repeatedly, so we decided to adjust the cooldown instead.
Reduced the cost for socketing Lunagems for a certain range of items.
The cost for socketing Lunagems increases dramatically for a certain range of items and players have to socket all Lunagems in their Brilliant Explorer's equipment and then awaken it to Hiram Guardian equipment. However, players who are growing a new character are not often aware of this process. To improve upon this problem, we have reduced the cost for socketing Lunagems for the below range of items.
Applicable Equipment: Corrupted Kyrios, Mistsong Summit Equipment, Delphinad Equipment, Hiram Guardian Equipment
We will continue managing and improving the equipment growth cost.
Bug Fixes

We received feedback about how the Statue of Noble Gallantry and Carpet of Noble Gallantry items lacked cooldown and activation information, so we changed the tooltip descriptions like the following.

Fixed: The guild leader and commanders can activate the statue and once activated, guild members can exchange Alluvion Love x30 for Guild Courage x30. Activation cooldown is 12 hours, and once activated, each guild member can exchange once for one hour.

The enchantment/synthesis success messages used to be displayed even for low grade equipment, blocking the screen frequently. To improve on this issue, we have changed the standard for displaying these messages from "Epic" grade to "Legendary" grade and above.
However, given this change, the relevant messages for Brilliant Hiram Guardian Equipment will no longer be displayed.
Adjusted the Faction Chat to be available from level 20.
Different from what was intended, some players have been repeatedly creating/deleting their characters to use the Faction Chat, hence we have adjusted this chat to be available from level 20.
We hope all players can enjoy a cleaner chat.
Removed the Daru image from the loading screen.
Based on the negative feedback about the close-up image of a Daru's face appearing in the loading screen, we have removed this image from the loading screen.
The Naval Arena: Stillwater Gulf has started.
This is a season arena available until before the August 3rd maintenance, and can be accessed daily between 15:00–23:00 CEST (13:00–21:00 PDT).
Rank rewards will be distributed at the end of the season, from 1st to 100th place.
Final 1st place player of the season arena will receive the Ruler of the Sea: Ultimate chest.

Being in the same region as where Crimson Rift or Grimghast Rift is taking place will now display a sign on the map.
Added a description about the "Remove Lunagem" effect to the tooltip for "Mornstone."
Added a design that allows you to craft a "Darugon" into a "Fire-breathing Rosiola."
You can craft it at the Pet Accessory Workbench.
The crafted "Fire-breathing Rosiola" will bound when obtained.
Bug Fixes
Fixed the issue where the quest info sign was displayed abnormally.
Removed the unnecessary quest marks that were displayed abnormally on the map.
Fixed the issue where trees grew inside a house when constructing one in the new residential area of Villanelle.
Fixed the issue where sometimes you couldn't accept the Blue Salt Brotherhood resource quests from the Resident Board.
Fixed the issue where sometimes the ArchePass reward XP was displayed as a negative value in the chat log.
Fixed the issue where diving wasn't applied when swimming in certain locations of the lake near Titan's Maw.
Fixed the issue where using Life Tiger Strike applied Banishment, Instinct, Stalker's Mark, and performing skill debuffs.
Fixed the error in Beast Figurehead's Collision Defense effect.

Changed the character deletion time as below:

Limits for earning Leadership will be applied to the below servers after the maintenance on July 20, 2023.
