This is the new update of our project P1R4T3S. In this version we have included plenty of new features and content, as well as fixed several bugs and issues. More details here:
News and improvements:

We have added NPCs in the prison and in the ship that will give you hints and information how to play.
We have added a robot NPC in the space ship that will provide you hints about what to do next.
We have added armor elements that you can wear. We have also added repair kits to recover the armor damage.
We have reworked the mechanics for the "No Oxygen" condition: It now affects directly to the health. It doesn´t matter if you have armor.
We have added new items that will provide you with oxygen in levels with "No Oxygen" condition.
We have reworked the mechanics of "Radiation" condition. Now, if you are affected by Radiation it will damage you constantly. Only until you take a Radiation pill. Be careful with the radiation, guys!
We have added a work station to the Space ship, the Decomposer: You can use it to "decompose" items that you find in the levels. You will get resources in exchange. The quality of the item affects to the quality and amount of resources that you get.
We have changed the graphics and icons of the minimap.
We have added a lot of improvements to the interface. Check it out!
We have increased the amount of items that you get in the chests. We have also added many new items like the Soldier armor.
We have improved the balance of the enemies and the general itemization.

This is the new update of our project P1R4T3S. In this version we have included plenty of new features and content, as well as fixed several bugs and issues. More details here:
News and improvements:

The first level "Prison" is almost finished. This is what we have included:

Different floors: Now the Prison is composed by 3 floors connected by elevators. You need to reach the hangar on the third floor to escape from the prison.
New level design: The lava platforms are the new level design. Be careful, because you can fall off the borders.
More enemies: We have added new crazy enemies.
New design for the hangar: We have changed the design of the hangar to match it with the future storyline of the game.
Outro of the level: We have included an animation at the end of the level that explains how the main character escapes from the prison.

We have improved the looting system: Now each chest type has a specific kind of loot. There are also generic items that can drop on every chest. We have also improved the rarity system. The items have now different rarities: common, rare, legendary...
We have improved the targeting system: We will explain this in a future report more in detail but now it matters where your mouse cursor is. The game won´t calculate only the trajectory between the character and the cursor to see if the shot hits your target, but also if the cursor is ON THE ENEMY. Only if the cursor is on the enemy, there will be a 100% chance of hit. Otherwise, there will be always a chance of missing the shots. Be accurate, bois!
We have added barrels: Now there are certain barrels in the game full of acid, nuclear waste, electric components and nitrogen. If you shoot them, they will explode affecting all the area next to them. Be careful, and use them to your advantage!
We have implemented the Armor points: Now, if you find or create armor, clothes, or other items that you can wear, they will give you Armor points. You lose these first with the damage received, and after that, you start losing your health points. These items will be repaired at the end of the level.
We have added a new item: Power Shield. It gives you immunity to every attack during 10 seconds. Use them wisely because there are very rare.
We have implemented new types of weapons in the Weapon Bench: Pistols, Rifles, Heavy and Special weapons.
We have added many new models and plenty of different weapons.
We have added many new visual effects, animations and sound effects.
Fixes & Bugs we are aware of:

We have fixed the problem with the alien eggs that would open when you were still in the corridor.
We are aware that we have missing sound effects on several enemies and actions.
We are aware that the new item Power Shield doesn´t have a visual effect on the character.
We have done plenty of other minor fixes and improvements.

This is the new update of our project P1R4T3S. In this version we have included plenty of new features and content, as well as fixed several bugs and issues. More details here:
News and improvements:

We have reworked completely the interface of our spaceship at a visual and technical level. Now you can see the Storage from the Weapons bench and the printer to easily take items from them, or place back those that you don´t need in your character.
We have added new graphics for the items in the printer and the description of the items to easily identify them.
Now you will see in red colour those resources that you are missing to create an item with the Printer.
Now you will see different types of weapon that you can create in the Weapon bench. You will have to find the schematics to be able to create those weapons, and also you will have to find the different parts of each weapon.
We have added dialogues in the game, which marks the beginning of the storyline of the game. The texts still need to be edited.
We have added new visual effects when our character receives damage.
Grenades: Now you throw them to the exact point where the mouse cursor is. We have added new visual effects for each type of grenade.
We have added many new sound effects.
Fixes:

We have fixed the problem with the alien eggs. Now if you shoot them in the distance, they will explode without spawning bugs.
We have fixed the problem where you couldn´t kill the bugs when they were too close to the character and some towers that were unkillable.
Other minor fixes and improvements.

This is the new update of our project P1R4T3S. In this version we have improved a lot the random generation system of the game, we have added new content and elements, and prepare the basic structure for future content and modifications. More details here:
News and improvements:

Space level generation system: When you restart the game (if you started a new game or if your ship was destroyed), the missions will change. The position will remain the same, but the conditions will change.
We have added new conditions in the missions for which you will need special devices, that you can create in your ship: (Flashlight for levels without light, Breathing system for levels without oxygen, etc.)
We have included special devices for weapons (Flashlight, auto-reload, special bullets, etc.)
We have added new types of chests. Each one has different content.
We have improved the missions: More enemies, more rooms and more chests.
We have improved the balance of the game: Now the action should be more interesting and enticing.
Fixes:

We have fixed the problem with the low FPS in certain places of the game.
We have fixed the problem when launching the game on Windows 7.
We have fixed several bugs that we received on our Discord channel and on the Steam forums.
Other minor fixes and improvements.

This is the weekly update of our project P1R4T3S. We are adding new content and fixing issues at a fast pace and the game is taking already the shape that we plan. This is what we have included in this patch:
News and improvements:

We have improved the general performance of the game. We found a bug that reduced the FPS.
We have added compatibility with the gamepad.
We have added 3 new enemies: Turrets and aliens.
We have improved the behaviour of the popup windows and now you can adjust its settings in the options of the game.
We have added "Fog of War" to the game. Now you won´t see the enemies in the room before you enter.
We have added schematics of parts of different weapons. You can use them in the Weapons Table to create your own weapons.
Fixes:

We have fixed the animation and the visual effects of the Dodge movement.
We have fixed the behaviour of some enemies.
We have fixed an issue with the money. Now it will be saved correctly when you loot it.
Other minor fixes and improvements.

We have included weapons and tool schematics which you can later use in the Work desk to create them using resources.
We have included support with Gamepads.

This is the first of many patches and updates to come of our new project P1R4T3S. We still have a long road ahead during its Early Access, and many things to add, improve and fix. This is what we have included in this patch:
News and improvements:

We have changed and improved completely the interaction of the UI with the mouse.
We have redesigned and fixed many interactive UI elements (buttons, slots, checkboxes) in order to solve many minor problems that interfered with the normal operation of the UI elements using the mouse.
We have added new graphics for the interface of the character's inventory, the storage and the Weapons bench. We will add this new design to the other interfaces in the game in coming patches.
Fixes:

The spaceship now will be in the last position where you left it, instead of appearing in the starting point every time you opened the navigation screen.
The elements that you use or destroy with the spaceship will disappear in the minimap.
We have fixed some detection errors in several elements of the Navigation screen.
We have fixed a graphical glitch on the items on the floor when there was a scroll in the screen.
We have fixed the bug that stopped the game from saving the progress when you returned to your spaceship.
Now the enemies wait 1 second before reacting when you enter a room.
Other minor fixes and improvements.
