Fixed team IDs can be assigned twice, which can cause players to play together
Fixed server closed message when connecting to server too fast
Fixed published UGC requests run very fast into rate limit

Patch 1.8.2.0 is now live! Hey everyone, with this update we added our own friend system to the game. This has one main advantage: You can now more easily play with your friends across devices and platforms. It will also allow us to design more gameplay features around the friend

Hey everyone,
with this update we added our own friend system to the game. This has one main advantage: You can now more easily play with your friends across devices and platforms. It will also allow us to design more gameplay features around the friend system in the future to provide a bit more depth to the game.
This change also means that we are moving away from the Steam friendlist. Some of you probably won't be too thrilled about having to manually add the friends you've been playing with in the past to the new friendlist. That's why we've tried to make this transition a little smoother and show you suggested friends. These are friends from your Steam friends list who also own Scribble It!.
We are slowly but surely bringing the game to more and more devices and platforms. This means that some of our old systems have to be replaced by new ones. This is also the reason we added dedicated servers in the past and will continue to make everything cross-platform in the future. We hope you understand that we want to bring the game to as many players around the world as possible and therefore need to be as platform agnostic as possible.

Patch 1.8.1.0 is now live! In the last patch, we made significant changes to all word packs. We removed a lot of words that weren't fun and added new words that we think are a great fit. We also had to say goodbye to the word packs emotions , time and politics . Our statistics ha

In the last patch, we made significant changes to all word packs. We removed a lot of words that weren't fun and added new words that we think are a great fit. We also had to say goodbye to the word packs emotions, time and politics. Our statistics have shown that these packs were not very popular in our community and we think it was time to let them go. But don't worry, we plan to add new word packs in the future!
With this patch, the game is now also available in Bulgarian, thanks to the great efforts of our community, especially fancypoodle. If you want to help translate Scribble It! into even more languages, head over to Crowdin!

We bring you an important update in patch 1.7.8.4, addressing language-related issues that were affecting players who had chosen Spanish, Slovak, or Hindi as their preferred language.
Previously, players encountered a problem where certain words within the game appeared in English instead of their selected language. This issue persisted throughout every match they played, leading to a less immersive experience for those players.
We are pleased to announce that this problem has now been resolved. With the latest patch, players can fully enjoy the game in their desired language without any instances of English words sneaking into their gameplay.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this issue and want to express our gratitude for your patience. We remain committed to providing an inclusive and enjoyable gaming experience for all players.
