Rebalancing of the game.
Got rid of some redundant stages, set enemy levels right, set max level to 20, redid skill and weapon levels, promotion level changes and bug fixes.

Bug fixes and new skills!
I noticed some in game songs weren't looping so I applied a quick fix and made 2 new skills for Harry and Yzzy which makes them harder to kill. Also I have added a new skill for each character once they reach max level as well as smarter AI and players no longer need keys to open
