Due to feedback, I've lowered the top of the strike zone of the Umpire Simulator a few inches.
The hard mode proved too hard for home run derby/3 inning baseball, I'm increased the power of the hits coming off of the bat. You should find it easier to get runs and home runs in Home Run Derby (Hard Mode) and 3 Inning Baseball (Hard Mode).
