Added the ability to run and gun twin stick shooter style with 2 joysticks, a long requested function. Also fixed plenty of bugs with Juggularnaut boss fights, making them much more manageable while still keeping the challenge. Found some bugs with 4 player spawning for escape mode and fixed them. As well as various bugs with the menu systems and hud.
