Fix boss units sometimes spawning without weapons
Fix no or too few units showing up on the overland map about .4 of the way through the campaign
Fix names and assign images to village defense dialogue
Fix spawn points for village defense missions
Reduce mana cost of singularity spell
Increase mana cost of volatile ether spell
Fix freeze defense not affecting tripped enemies
