You have the ability to change the themes folder on your local machine. This way you can categorize and segment out your themes however you like!
To change your theme location simply go into the settings screen and click on the "..." button next to the current theme path. You will be prompted with a folder dialog. Choose your new location and select Save. You will have to refresh the themes list in order to update the themes list drop down. This can be done by clicking the button next to the themes list.
