Fixes
- Fixed issue where save couldn't be loaded after completing mission 5
- Fixed popup speech bubbles moving too far away from the speaker
- Fixed barracks card showing exclamation mark when there is nothing to talk about
- Fixed issue where popup speech bubble would persist into conversation room
