- Fixed an issue with disappearance of the cursor when teleporting to another level
- AO(Ambient Occlusion) now works correctly on DLC levels
- Item outlining now works correctly on DLC levels
- Now settings are loaded correctly when teleporting to another levels
- Added game icon back (after some version it was accidentally deleted)
