Hello everyone! The Second Chance developers are back in touch!
We're here, which means we have some amazing news!
Nothing terrible has happened to us since the last announcement (hooray!), so we're happy to tell you a bit more about the upcoming update. And believe us, it was worth the wait!
Ready? Hold on tight, because here's what's in store for you:
- Over 20,000 lines of new code! Yes, you heard that right. This includes new dialogues and a full translation into English. Our fingers are still smoking!
- A new HCG gallery with more than 90 images. Our sole artist has been working tirelessly (with graphics tablets in hand).
- Several new locations with their own atmospheric backgrounds. Get ready to explore!
- Four new characters with fresh sprites and a few old acquaintances who have finally emerged from the folders of our computers.
- And of course, a bunch of new achievements! Because who doesn't love achievements, right?
But that's not all! The fresh update will allow you to continue Lin's story right from where it left off earlier. And trust us, the mysteries surrounding her are thickening like never before. Will Lin be able to overcome this seemingly insurmountable force? It depends only on you and your actions!
Oh, and we almost forgot! We've hidden some interesting tidbits that will shed light on past events. Get ready to look at some things that previously seemed obvious in a new way...
And now for the most important part - the release date! Drum roll... The update will be out on Thursday, August 8, 2024!
We can't wait for you to dive into new adventures. Thank you for staying with us!
