Dear Bright Memory users, In the RTX update that went live on the 15th January we needed to update Unreal Engine 4, however, we realized Unreal Engine 4.2 23.1 does not support DX 11. The issue was fixed with a patch on the official Unreal Engine GitHub which now means DX 11 is supported and that Windows 7 users are now able to play Bright Memory.
Notes:
・If your graphics card does not support RTX, please select the “DX 11 option” that pops up on start up.
・The “DX12 option” is for experiencing real time ray tracing. You may experience a temporary drop in frame rate.
