Some Win7 user are still having issues, with the latest update.
I'll fix it and update soon, but for now you can switch to the "safe" distribution channel to revert to the last working version.
Just right-click on PanoPainter and go to Properties, then from the "betas" tab you can pick the "safe" channel listed in the dropdown menu.
