Hi everyone! Sorry for the late update, the year has been a bit of a mess, but I have something more to show of what we've been working on <3

Guns in-game;

Above is the Brimstone, I've shown the untextured in prior update, but to recap, the general concept with the Brimstone pistol is that it's using great rifle ammo (that is loads of boom) with a fun little specialty to it; the crystals embedded into the barrel cause a chemical reaction in the brass dart, making it glow/emit smoke for a while after shooting.

While a lot of the great rifle's punch is lost when firing it with Brimstone, it still gives it way better range than other pistols :3

On the other hand, the rifle below is a Belch, it uses pistol ammo instead of rifle ammo, but it allows you to load four shots in, so you can miss more before reloading! There's not much to say about Belch per se, it's just fun on its own way, and you have more uses for pistol ammo if you don't like using a literal pistol ^^

Pew pew ^^

I wanted Belch to be held like it was a shotgun, not really aimed iron sights, just in the general direction of your foe(s, or future friends) ^^

Faax skins;

As Faax is a hybrid between a feline and a reptile, the patterns will reflect that to some degree, with some patterns being more reptile, while some more feline, and others a mix between both, or with general features of one or another ^^

They will also have randomized colors, not fully but like decided color options, we just paint everything as "masks" and have the default color scheme on them, that's why they all have brown, light brown, black, and orange as color scheme when in work format ^^

Sorry, you won't be able to wash a Faax. They really hate water, like you know how cats generally recoil from water? It's way worse for Faax, they're hydrophobic, and both water and Faax will vanish instantly.

...I know that's not how it works xD

Enemy tattoos;

I'm currently not sure if these will be available for player too (our materials are currently so complex there's limitations on what all we can layer on a fully customizeable player), but at least at start the plan is to have enemy pirates (not to be confused with Scraven who are technically not pirates) bear tattoos ^^

These are, generally, part of a pirate faction led by Captain Jottes and Koill, who you've heard some mentions about in the past by NPCs. They're effectively "The" Pirates and a pure menace ^^

Thems the Jottes and Koill's flag emblem above :3

Probably the only connection they have with opinions of people of Skiir is that they also hate Dragonfire, but then again, everyone hates Dragonfire, especially Dragonfire xD

Did I mention scars? xD

The plan would also be that the enemy pirates would be scarred, and shot marked, and burned, so that they generally look rougher and more rowdy than the ones you cure or recruit :3

If you were wondering why heads are separate, body is shared by all species, but heads are unique, so when we do patterns and textures, in some cases, especially these where there's no need for smooth connection, we can use same body details for everyone ^^

I meaan.... I guess someone almost got head separated too xD

We're also continuing remastering of older animations, cuz, well, we have animations from quite a few years ago now, so they need some polishing too! ^^'

From currently being made full act;

Pop :3

Scraven main island work;

We're still ways off from the next build, sorry its taking so long. More updates later for sure tho! <3

With luv <3
