Solution to “shader compile error” on some Windows 7 PCs

On some Windows 7 PCs the game will crash with a “shader compile error”.
Please follow these steps when encountering such issue:

Method(1) Update you operating system to the latest version

  • Run Windows Update
  • This problem should be solved if your OS is updated to the latest version

Method(2) Install KB4019990 patch

If the problem is still not solved, please install KB4019990 patch for Windows7 SP1 manually.
