QoL: added blueprint window hotkeys (0-9).
Fixed bug of planetary teleporter not working immediately after switching liquid type to teleport.
Behavior changed: pause when a faction attacks does not change the set game speed (to x1).
Fixed a bug due to which the sorter pipe did not change its configuration as a normal pipe during pipe laying.
