- Fixed a few issues with the new levels.
- Added an option to disable the animated portals in world 5. (improves performance a lot)
- Added an option to disable camera collision.
- Made the timer show miliseconds (x,xxx) instead of just deciseconds (x,xx) to match up with the leaderboards.
