The current freeware version of Down Ward on Steam will remain free, and future additions to it will also be free.
The Kickstarter Is aimed at creating a full length title that will exist along side the free version. If you'd like to join in, it's at the link above (currently a pre-launch page), and will launch Monday, at 6PM pacific time. :)
