In today's update we have some fun additions and fixes, as well as a brand new play option that will help casual fans enjoy more of the game. So let's get to it!
- This is the big one: We've added a "Casual Aim Mode" option to the options menu. If you enable this there will no longer be any shot timer. We heard from a handful of our players that they would like an option with less pressure and more time to aim. We've always wanted Arcane Golf to appeal to a wide range of player skill levels, so we hope this helps. This may make some levels too easy, but overall it should provide a much more relaxing experience for those of you that want it. There is new text on levels 3 and 5 of the Dank Dungeon that will tell new players about this option if they miss it.
- New "Ball Color" option in the options menu. It just wouldn't be mini golf without the ability to choose what color your ball was. Of course it also wouldn't be mini golf if nobody got upset that they didn't get their favorite color. We consider this a feature ;) More colors may be added in the future.
- Also, as promised we've added the ability to rebind a "quick restart" key. In our last update we added the option for players to quickly restart a level by pressing the "R" key. Now you can set it to whatever key you want!
- Lastly, we made a small fix to the tutorial system. Quick restarting a level, then exiting and replaying that level could cause the text to get jumbled. This should no longer happen, but let us know!
