Hey Hey!
My name is Liam. The crazy one that made the goose known as Honk which, based on the many community images, y'all seem to like using as an a test robot to fight against on your awesome machines!
I have been part of the dev team since September of 2022 (how time has flown since then!), my role in the team is making models such as batteries, motors, and shapes to make sure your robots look pretty and destructive. I also make the default as the arenas for you to fight in!
The RR2 US arena getting some updated set design changes, coming soon!
I originally started playing the game in 2021 but before I even started making robots in the game I, funnily enough, started by making arenas for the community. Over the years I have made roughly over 200 arenas from the normal to the wacky, to replicas from hit tv shows such as Robot Wars and Battlebots, through to live event arenas such as Extreme Robots and NHRL. These arenas have seen plenty of use for events related to the game.

Then came the day I learned how to build robots, and started making robots that made players and devs alike question my sanity!

My background has been in robotic combat since I can remember. From watching the first episode of Robot Wars as a wee little boy, to working for Robot Wars themselves and Extreme Robots as their camera guy and graphic developer. Robot combat has been my passion for over 2 decades! (I feel old)
My gaming background is limited but my ability to use 3d software such as Blender is extensive, and knowing how to use Unity is a blessing which has given me the ability to bring so many arenas to life to give y'all the experience you want when bringing your machines of destruction to the arena!

As this will be the last post before the Holidays in December, we here at Robot Rumble 2 want to wish everyone a Happy and Safe Holidays and a Happy New Year! We will see you in 2025, we've got a lot planned, so stay tuned!!!
