Soon, Hectic Void will no longer be available to purchase on Steam.

I'm sure many of you have questions so I'll get right to it.

Why is Hectic Void being removed from Steam?

It's quite simple. Hectic Void is a game that I feel had never found it's footing. This is a game that had restarted development a total of 4 times. Each and every time resulted in me personally feeling underwhelmed. Barlock Games is a name that should hold high standards on what's brought to the table and unfortunately Hectic Void does not meet that criteria.

Can existing owners still play Hectic Void once it's de-listed?

Yes. Removing Hectic Void from the Steam store will not prevent you from playing the game. It only prevents new players from purchasing the game.

When will Hectic Void be removed from Steam?

12/18/24. If you have been hesitant to purchase the game, now would be a good time to do so.

Can Hectic Void still be preserved?

Yes. If there are any players who genuinely enjoy this game and want to preserve it for themselves, it can still be accessed at Itch.io.
