Hyr Frynbards!
Before we dive into today’s announcement, we want to briefly address the long silence around development and communication.
Over the past period, Return to Nangrim has undergone internal restructuring and development changes. These shifts were necessary to strengthen the project's foundation, refine our production pipeline, and ensure that the systems we are building can achieve the quality and depth we envision. In addition, two of the founders experienced personal setbacks and changes in their private lives. As a result, they had less time available for development than before.
We acknowledge that the communication gap was longer than intended, and we appreciate your patience as we worked through these changes. ❤️ ⚒️⛰️
We are now preparing to reopen the Players’ Guild.
Community testing through the Players’ Guild will resume in the near future. Selected Guild members will receive focused components and test scenarios. Each test will concentrate on a specific part of Return to Nangrim, often reduced to its core mechanics.
This allows testers to examine individual systems, find problems, try unusual approaches, and provide focused feedback before the systems are combined into larger builds.
