Another minor update with some small changes and fixes
- Ivan now has his own curses list
- Added some first draft main menu & startup animations
- Enhanced teleport camera effect
- Player character footprints particles
- Special strong barrel now painted gold
- Items that spawn from sceneobjects now get a directional push
- Some small fixes & changes to setpieces
- Reduced charge bar width
