Fixed an issue in the map editor where layers would show up all wrong in the UI.
Fixed an issue with IGame.ShowChatMessage and parameter userIdentifier, if it was used in offline games it would still show the message as a global chat message even when the documentation states otherwise.
IGame.ShowChatMessage now outputs to the debug console (same as WriteToConsole) when testing from the editor.
Canyon: the concrete pipe now destroys the "bridge" in the elevator shaft on touch.
Host is now placed in the first game slot even if a bot is occupying the first slot from a saved config (only applies when hosting a game without the server tool).
Fixed an issue in offline games where pending team changes didn't show in the UI as intended.
Fixes and refactoring to the server tool to make it more stable since the transition to NET 8 and FNA in 1.6.0.0 update.
Fixed an issue where the server tool would restart twice with auto restart enabled.
Other fixes and tweaks.
