«All the King's Men» is the first major update for the digital board game Fated Kingdom. Players will meet face to face with the undead army. To defeat it, they need to get good equipment, learn the necessary skills and become a perfect undead hunters. However, it is possible for victory to become the living dead!
Update Features:
- 10 new undead cards
- 3 new squares
- Animated player cursors
- New music
- Bug fixes
During those 2 months that Fated Kingdom was in Early Access, we fixed many bugs and added many useful features: public lobbies, Steam friends list integration, help screen, text chat and sound settings. We also improved the graphics by reworking the dices and coins, and adding new textures. Every 2 weeks we added new cards and squares for the game board.
In this major update we have prepared 10 new cards for you, each of which tells its little story of destruction of the Kingdom of Kinmarr. Play if you want to know it!
With the first rays of the sun, a spear palisade appeared on the horizon. Crimson and golden banners fluttered in the wind. He blew from the sea and seemed to carry the hope that the Kingdom of Kinmarr will finally cope with all the misfortunes. Learning that the army successfully landed on the coast, the king immediately sent his fastest messengers.
None of them returned. Instead of hope, the wind brought a stench of death, mixed with the smell of rotten meat and salted fish. Many years ago, soldiers loaded it on ships to survive on enemy land. Now the army was slowly moving to the west, and the pungent smell of rot was spread all over the region. Places where people still lived, quickly emptied.
It could not be a coincidence. The army, long ago sent over the sea, once again walked on its native land. Skeletons and zombies. Whole or in parts. On undead horses, on foot or even crawling. They all went to an endless horde directly to the border of the kingdom. Very soon they will overwhelm it with the ocean of blood and accomplish what Fate is predestined.
At sunset, the army of Connetable Gothric returned to Kinmarr.
