Version 1.4 improvements:
-Reduced global Cooldown of abilites while in slow-motion.
-Laser always online glitch fixed.
-Holding right mouse button will no longer 'scope-in' while orb is selected.
-Solved rare infinite loop glitch when pointing several lasers at one another.
-Fixed several levels where the lasers appeared to be flickering.
