Note: TDM Points earned are reduced when Raiding a target with a TDM Rank lower than your own.

Fixed an issue where first weekly TDM rewards were sometimes not awarded correctly.
Fixed an issue where the Bloodnium Exchange limit was not being properly removed.
Fixed an issue where an application error sometimes occurred when returning from the Tower of Barbs to the Waiting Room after an extracted Fighter was released due to an NPC Raid.
Other minor bug fixes.
