The TE4 Early Version Modding SDK is finally here : https://www.managames.com/Forum/topic60-33540.php .
Alongside, you'll also find the Outfit Modding SDK there : https://www.managames.com/Forum/topic60-33539.php .
This will allow to easily create new outfits for the players, and install them by only copying the files in the correct folder (ie: there's no editing the game .ini files anymore for the end-user).
The Modding SDK gives you access to all the menu & HUD scripts & images, as well as the sounds, the 2D courts, the Tour bases and other smaller things.
And if you have issues or questions about the Mod creation process, let me know, I'll try to help you.
I can't wait to see what great things the Modders will create with all this !
