We have received a formal public apology from Mr Lacy on his own personal Facebook that no funds were embezzled from Project Phoenix to create TINY METAL and that all statements he made was false.
We don't want to get into this more than we need to at this point as this has been resolved but for those who are interested, the original court documentation and its translation is available here
